Best Buy Distribution Center, Ontario CA

I was in a bind and had to quickly order all my appliances after my other order fell through. After I rented a trailer, I was able to pick them up immediately. It is the Best Buy warehouse in Ontario California and has appliances for immediate pickup when you order online. Some of the items I picked up were back ordered in stores.

If I could review 0 I would. Ordered a new stove as my old one had broken. Placed my order at 5.40 and was told by an associate that it would be ready after 6pm to collect. At the warehouse. I drove 40 minutes to pick up my stove to be told there’s nothing we can do it takes an hour to process and this was last minute. To my knowledge ordering something at 5.40 and showing up at 6.55pm was in fact 1 hour and 15 minutes.

They really need to work on customer service and satisfaction.
Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s!

Came here to deliver a load. Entrance is a little tricky you have to go around the building all the way in the back and all the way at the end of driveway. Receiving is quick ans hassle-free. Good luck driver

-NOT A STORE, orders must be made online or with a store prior to arrival. This facility does not support a shopping experience.
-PHYSICAL CHECK-IN REQUIRED IN OFFICE, regardless of mobile check-in status.
-NO SHOWROOM, no items can be viewed prior to purchase, as this is a distribution center, all items are boxed/in racks
-Operations are different than in retail store, if you receive an email that says your order is ready for pickup, your order still needs to be processed and pulled up from the warehouse. Physical check in in the front office is required for this process to begin.
-Loading area is first come first serve, wait time can vary depending on the quantity of items pertaining to each order.
-This facility does not provide straps or direction regarding securing items to your vehicle.
-Name on order MUST match name on ID for team to authorize release of products. Make sure name matches before arrival.
-If any other person aside from the customer is picking up order, their name MUST be listed under Friends&Family. Team cannot release any order to anyone unless name is listed on order.

Don't expect a store - warehouse distribution center. Show the bar code of your online purchase and wait for them to either bring it out (small item, several minutes) or have you go over to the warehouse delivery site (large items, dozens of minutes to 1-2 hrs wait time).

Entrance at Jay street was a little confusing to get to at first since maps typically recommends me to come from the 10 freeway to take Archibald. Siri was no better Maybe because of the current construction traffic? Instead, I come from Vineyard: it makes way more sense to make a right turn versus 2 lefts and go through multiple unsynchronized lights just to go around the building. This is a great place to retrieve items if delivery isn't an option. Been here several times now. Staff here are consistently professional and friendly. Recommending to all other customers to check in at their office first, BTW They finally updated their signage! There is a Big Blue sign that says "Order Pickup" go there first, I promise it will save you from a headache of waiting for nothing at a dock door of a busy warehouse. Oops! Rookie mistake when I went straight to the dock door the first time I was here.

1st time there. If you order online it's better than going to a store. Wait time is about the same.

Check in was super easy, directions on where to go were clear, was loaded and on my way all in about 10 minutes.

Staff was rude and very un organized. Needed items on pallets due to large pickup and truck size. Forklift drive was not confident bringing me items to truck, needed a dock and made me go to will call roll up door. Tight fit could not get my commercial truck in.

Had to pickup appliances purchased from another store. Sort of confused of where to park and go in for a will call. Limited parking but eventually was able to figure things out and get what I needed
