Worst customer service experience ever. Two months of calls and hours of speaking to their Geek Squad and Other customer service to no avail. Don't purchase a protection plan through them for Apple products, go straight to Apple. They will do nothing for you.

To whom it may concern, as a disabled U. S. Marine Corps Veteran, I know what it is to serve with conviction however I was not given the same service. I went to the store located on Mandela Pwy in Emeryville California, and before I arrive at the above mentioned store I downloaded the items advertisement on to my phone so there would not be any problems. Once at the store I showed the sales representative the item on my phone and he proceeded into the warehouse retrieved the wrong TV. I did not notice this issue until I returned home, I then returned the TV the next day; and was given the right size TV. However when I opened the box to the new TV, I discovered that the remote was missing as well as the ac cord and the legs. I will never shop at your store again nor will I refer anyone to this establishment. And what is really ironic, I had a similar incident happen at the same store a few years ago. I had just undergone knee surgery and I wanted a new TV, I purchased a TV only find that someone had taken the new TV out of the box and replaced it with an old Television. As far as I am concerned I will no longer Shop at this store nor will I refer anyone else. So if anyone shops at best buy make sure that you check each and every item before you purchase it! Sincerely unsatisfied Marine!

Rudest people on earth. They ask you questions At 6am then tell you you’re screwed. I bought a product used it twice and it broke. Totally unacceptable. I’m dont with Best Buy go to Amazon trust me.

Please stop using OnTrac. They use OnTrac the worst delivery service. They dont care about there customers when they hand our purchases to this negligent delivery service. They dont handle packages with care. They never have delivered any of my orders on time. I am very disappointed that you associate with such a bad service. Don’t order online and don’t use Best buy until they use a reputable delivery service. I never would have purchased from you if I knew you hired OnTrac for my delivery. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever! They act like they are doing you a favor for letting you shop there! Anthony Store #1509 Riverbank CA would rather me buy my iPad on Amazon than waive a nine dollar fee for an expedited shipping to have it returned back to the store after being returned because I did not pick it up within seven days and nobody told me about this timeframe I had no email alerts no text messages just found out my iPad was returned two days prior to me attempting to pick it up! I said apology would be nice he said why would I apologize to you when I did nothing wrong you did not pick it up that’s your fault! Unbelievable #WorstBuy never again! And I have spent a lot of money in Best Buy over the years about 10 TVs three computers original iPad I’m done

I’ve spent the past month (2-3 calls a week) on the phone with Geek Squad. Yet my laptop still does not work! I finally got an appointment for an in store repair. I was told they would have to send my laptop out for repairs. I’m expected wait another month for them work on my laptop. With Shelter in Place in effect, I cannot wait a month without my laptop!

When I asked to speak with the manager, the tech guy, Enesto, said he was the manager. I pushed further to speak with someone else. Enesto paged someone who came over. I asked who he was. He said his name was Shane, the general manager. This is his store.

I called out Enesto’s lie about being the manager. That when the entire situation escalated. Shane did nothing to diffuse this situation. In fact he added fuel to an already tense situation. He said I had to accept his terms or take my business somewhere else.

What really ended this experience for me was when Shane accused me of not being sensitive to the impact of COVID on his store. His store? For a month I have been patient. I finally get an appointment for this repair and was met with hostility.

I truly hate that I am stuck in this situation.

The store at Almaden Expressway in San Jose has incredibly rude staff members. They will not help you unless you are buying something. Then once you buy it, you are in your own, don’t bother to ask for help, don’t ask to return it or exchange it, they will not help you. All they want is your money and will not help you otherwise. Rude and disrespectful staff!

Horrible company. Complete lack of customer concern. Weak leadership hires weak and uncaring people. Stay away from this faceless incompetent company. Best Buy will go the ways of sears and other bad companies.

I bought a Samsung Refrigerator in 2018 from the Best Buy in Gilroy. I have an extended warranty on it. The ice maker does not work at all. Tried to call the store, on hold for an hour. Called the warranty number and on hold for an hour. Customer service is very bad and even tried on line and got no where. I will not buy from your store again. This is horrible service. I will be buying a new fridge but not from a store that is not customer service oriented.

I'm extremely disappointed. I was not aware that Best Buy was open until recently. I went and return an item that was not use. The manger can't even override and give me a store credit for $40.00. What is the point to be a store manager if that person can't do a simple return.

I understand that there is a high call volume right now however I was on hold for exactly 2 hours one minute and 20 seconds. I had to asked to speak to a supervisor because the girl that I spoke with did not have any knowledge of the issue I was having. I waited another 25 minutes on hold to speak to a supervisor, then the supervisor’s knowledge was far less than stellar as well! I am known for and consider myself to be a very patient person however, there was not much accomplished in this two hours of my time That these girls wasted of mine! The supervisor I spoke with repeated the phrase “to be honest with you ma’am“ so many times I had to bring it to her attention! I am a Best Buy credit card holder we use the Best Buy in San Carlos and the people there are friendly, helpful, and very competent. I am very disappointed and frustrated with my entire experience today!
Yes, we are all in this together, but even though we are in a shelter in place mode, I do have other things to do! Ughhhhh.
