There's no doubt Ilia is good at what he does but he can be rude sometimes, if you show up without him knowing you're coming, I showed up one day to get an estimate and he let me know that I was not welcome not by words but by his attitude, I'm still his customer because the insurance premium I'm paying on my car is lower that other places.

Whenever I moved and need to get a lower auto insurance premium, it gets done. Professional and prompt. That's why I have used Mr. Martinov for five years now. More people should conduct their business the old school way like his company.
