Best City Nails II, Temecula CA

THIS IS NO HATE TO THE LADY OR MALE WHO DID MY NAILS!

I went and got my nails done yesterday and the workers were so nice but I definitely think that this shouldn’t be a
Profession for certain people. I asked for an acrylic style WITH pictures and it looks nothing similar to it. The shape and length is completely different then what I asked for. Not to mention the length on my right and left hand are not the same. There is also dried up glue on my cuticles which is DEFINITELY not supposed to be there. Someone asked me if these were press on nails. Its definitely over priced, I paid 78 and didn’t even end up liking the final product and thats without tip. I shouldn’t have paid so much for something that looks like press ons.
And ofc when I tried to call them to try to find a solution there was no answer.
It only has 2 stars because the worker was nice but the overall job was so disappointing and I will NOT be going there again

I have been going here for any years. While I have my favorite techs EVERYONE there is friendly. I have always liked results and service. This is a great business!

Way over priced, not worth the service. YOU would think even on the hottest day to offer you water but they don't even do that. Spending more than 1 hour for service.

They were horrible. They were very disrespectful and rude. They were rude to handicap people. I will never go back there again.

The Nail Technician cut my cuticles too short and now I am worried I might get an infection. Also when she had me go dry my nail polish she grabbed my sandles before I could and started to walk away so I had to walk barefoot. Not going back! Please train the technician not to grab peoples property without their permission.

Loved my nails. Definitely recommend this place. Fast and good service. Pricing was fair as well. The pedicure was the best!

Please take cash to give for the tip.they will not let you pay tip on the card. The ATM machine that they have inside will show you that its charging you $2.50 but when you see your statement it will have 4 charges of $2.50 non bank account atm inquiry fee. $2.50 transaction fee than on top of that another $2.50 along with your $20 bill so you end up paying this ATM machine $10 to pull out a $10 bill.it will not show you there but at home when you see your transaction you will see.so be careful.

Ken is absolutely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. DO NOT schedule appointments with him. However, Angel and Aimee are absolutely amazing. Angel gives the best pedicures! Sonny is also great at acrylic nails.
