Alex and his team are fantastic. I ordered a new set of windows with the company. The communication was really good. The team installed my windows promptly and with attention to detail. Very happy with the purchase and the quality of the windows. Will definitely use the services again if i purchase a home.

Eric came by and checked out the siding that we had and it was rotten on the bottom. They replaced all of our siding and the job looks great!

Windows and siding- Excellent work, great communication about the process, gave creative option for window dimensions and solutions that worked for our space and needs. Alex was a pleasure to work with along with the very courteous and friendly crew. The crew completed the project on time and worked hard the entire time. Will definitely work with again on future projects.

I’d like to give a thumbs up for this company based upon the kind of people they employ. Recently I called for a friend with a window problem and spoke with Eric. He was professional and knowledgeable but unfortunately the problem wasn’t something the company handled. In spite of this, Eric took the time in being exceedingly helpful in explaining how my friend’s need could best be successfully met. He certainly didn’t have to do that but his communication was altogether sincere and genuine.

I was appreciative of what Eric did and impressed besides. I told him I believed if people take the time to complain when things go poorly, they should also take the time to commend when things go well, and so I wanted to put in a good word for him with his supervisor. Eric responded with thanks but humbly said he’d prefer I just put in a good word for the company here.

This, to me, is a reflection of a business that considers the importance of their staff to not only be knowledgeable, experienced, professional and accommodating but personal character matters too … not just what their employees do but what kind of people they are. Trust in business dealings can’t simply be manufactured. It has to be real, rooted in personal character.

What a facelift! Our original stucco was poorly applied, falling off when touched and the windows were leaking and the wrong size for the openings: a real piece of work. Best Exteriors came in and fixed everything: demo-ed our stucco (and the wood siding beneath it) and replaced it with a gorgeous combination of Hardie Board and cedar siding and refitting all our window openings with new windows, even converting one window to a sliding glass door along the back of the house. Alex (project manager) worked well with us throughout the project, and the work done by the other Alex (construction/foreman) was fantastic, with good communication throughout, touching base on all the finer details. We have done so many projects on this house with so many different contractors, and Best Exteriors was the first that we felt really had good attention to detail, where they thought of a lot of the "little details" our past contractors wouldn't have/didn't. I could not recommend them more!

After they install your windows you will never see or hear from them again. Whatever warranty the provide is useless. There is no response to any requests for any warranty work. I’ve tried for 3 years, yes 3 years to get someone to look at the cracked caulking around our windows. They finally said they created a work order for it and then radio silence. Terrible company. Do not use!

I really prayed about what company to use as I did not want to be taken advantage of. I needed somebody honest who would do a great job at a fair price. The Lord led me to this Company. They did an excellent job at a very fair price!

Eric came out and explained all options and helped me decide on the best one within by budget. The other gentlemen came out and did a quick and efficient job measuring. The installers were great. They were professional, trustworthy, and hard workers. They did my whole house in two
days! They left everything just as they found it -even positioning the furniture back exactly! I read impressed. They were true to their words. They accidentally put one blind in upside down and came all the way back out to fix it.

I will be highly recommending them to everyone. Everyone who has seen my new windows comments on what a great job they did and people are shocked at the fair price they gave me!

So thankful to Jesus for leading me to them.

Amazing service, very fast and very afordable. I've been a customer for 10 years. That should say it all I trust all my vehicles and my employers vehicles to Baba.

Buyer beware! I contracted BEST EXTERIORS Construction in 2018 for a complete window replacement for my entire house. One of my windows failed and ultimately broke. I spoke to someone at BEST EXTERIORS Construction who instructed me to text pictures of my broken window and my "double lifetime warranty" contract as requested and received no acknowledgment. I then texted my request for additional information saying "Could you please tell me when I should expect to be able to schedule this job for the installation? Thank you. " And after a week received absolutely NO RESPONSE. I followed up with messages at their offices and additional text messages and I have been completely ignored. Nobody even answered my call let alone returned not even one single message. Frustrated, I googled them and found a different 800 number and expressed I was extremely disappointed in their complete and total lack of taking care of their customers and requested anyone, a manager, a regional manager, a supervisor or an owner call me which NOBODY with BEST EXTERIORS Construction ever did. IF THIS is the kind of service you want to receive give them your money otherwise take my advice and run for the hills.

UPDATE: After nearly 2 months of absolutely no response putting me through that frustration and making me go to the manufacturer and complain about his lack of service he finally brought over a replacement window and put the glass sash in place but the window still does not function. It does not stay open. He said it still could take quite a while before I am contacted to get the balances replaced so the window will operate. The most outrageous part is that he tried and insisted telling me that Best Exteriors Oakland was not ever somebody. I should’ve thought would have responded to me and I should have only expected a response from the manufacturer Anlin. I am Best Exteriors, customer and I regret selecting them Sorry Alex, that’s not the way it works in the business world. I still do not have a functioning window, and I will be relentless continuing to work with the manufacturer as well as at Alex of Best Exteriors Oakland until I have a functioning window and satisfaction to my warranty and customer service needs.
