I've had a good experience visiting the store months ago, in 2020. The man nice man, whose name escapes me at this moment (I apologize), was extremely friendly, and very cordial.he did a great job adjusting the length of my watch's links. I'll be visiting him again today, I am sure it'll be another good experience.

I went in asking if they could fix a ring with a broken band. They were very friendly, and it took them very little time to do an excellent job, and the cost was very reasonable.
