210/10, I have been recommending Jayne to people I know seeking therapy. I've had 2 sessions with her so far, and after each I felt amazing and free of burdens. Since I've started seeing Jayne I've been operating differently, I feel like she's helping me get over my issues, and not just rehashing the trauma. The recordings she's made for me have been very helpful as well. Loved my time with Jayne.
2020 was a rough year for me. Jayne helped me with the grieving process as well as worked on some issues stemming from childhood. Through hypnotherapy, I was able to get through some things in 5 sessions that would have taken years in regular talk therapy. I highly recommend her and it is well worth the time and money. Looking forward to returning for some more work.
