I am always greeted by name. The staff always takes the time to genuinely ask how I am doing and friendly small talk. My order is always made with special care and accuracy. I use a Psychiatric Service Dog, therefore a comfortable space allows me to feel at ease visiting without any feelings of anxiety! Thus, the food quality and customer service are top notch!

Amazing sandwich. Ordered the Phoebe BLT - quality ingredients and the blend of unique flavors was top notch! Definitely my new go to sandwich shop!

It was my first experience here. I loved an authentic and traditional european style environment that they served with delicacies. This will be my regular as long as I live in the av area.

This is the best sandwich shop in the AV, plus they have a great selection of German foods, wieners, bratwurst, sauerkraut, potato salad. Their service is great.

Called my order in on the phone for pick-up, going over it twice with gentleman thast answered.
I got there to puck up and af course it was wrong.
Had to wait another 10 minutes to have it re-made.
As I was paying, handed him the $$ he said wait a minute, and walked away leaving the register door OPEN!
When he came back he said anything else? I said yes, my change.
Whole new crew in there and not very organized
