We just used them for our company Christmas Party on Christmas Tree Lane and they were literally THE BEST. We came in with last minute requests and changes and they went above and beyond. They delivered everything on time with great communication and customer service. We will be using them for all of our needs moving forward. Thank you to the team at BEST Party!

We rented tables, chairs, dinnerware and linens from best party for our wedding this month. From the beginning, the communication was great. Everything looked gorgeous and they have great items to rent. The only thing I will say is I wish they offered draping for the tents. Draping makes such a big difference. They referred me to the linen shoppe, but I was never able to get ahold of them so we ended up having to rent a tent with draping from a different company. Everything worked out great but I think it would be easier to be able to rent everything from one company.

I recently rented quite a few items for my wedding.

Throughout my experience I emailed with several different people. At one point about halfway through I stopped receiving emails back. I tried both emails I had in my inbox and after finally calling was told both of those people were no longer with the company and “oh I should probably be checking their emails. ” You think?

The gold chargers I received had missing gold paint in the ring where a plate would usually go. While I understand normally a plate would cover that, we were using plates from our food service and the chargers were on the table with nothing covering them until the guest received their plate of food. This looked TERRIBLE and even if it’s technically meant to be covered all the chargers should have been in pristine condition.

The chairs were SO DUSTY and the tables were incredibly rickety and old. We had to shim the tables because they didn’t sit evenly, which was just more work we did not need during an already busy event.

When I originally made my order I was told I absolutely did not want to pay the delivery fee to Oakhurst and that I should just pick up the items myself. The lady wouldn’t even tell me the delivery fee. Once we got closer we realized how ridiculous u-haul prices were and called to see how delivery compared. The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because they worked with me to set up delivery less than a month before the wedding, but really this shouldn’t have even been an issue in the first place.

Now that my wedding is over I am being harassed with invoices for pitchers they said I did not return, but did. The venue was a friends home, she would know if there were 8 water pitchers floating around. Every time I email back to let them know they are mistaken I am ignored and another invoice is sent.

I really would not suggest this service, especially for a wedding. Brides, we have enough stress without all of this stuff. I know the prices here are great but you get what you pay for I guess.

I’ve never had to deal with a rental company before using Best for some of our wedding rentals and I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy it was! Christina was awesome and super flexible with our situation, which was quite messy to say the least when we had to change our entire tent set up and venue 2 days before the wedding. Highly recommend!
