Best Self Storage - Oroville

Ive had my inside for years, but the RV spots are now way overpriced. I moved to a storage for way less and better access hours

Set up my reservation of a unit online and was called within 10 minutes by the manager asking if I had any questions. The manager is very friendly and professional. Prices here are also reasonable. Great customer service and looking forward to a great relationship with this facility.

I didn't end up renting a unit here but the interaction with the manager (James) was great. He was polite and helpful and offered info about available units in town when he heard that I don't live in Oroville and handed me his card so that I can follow up with him in a week or so if I couldn't find units on that day.

Recommended if you're looking for storage units, and again, they are way more polite and responsible than the Chico ones.

Very professional. I feel that my belongings are very safe! It's a great relief tome.

Horrible customer service. They used to be good
They cut my lock off my locker and left it unlocked for 11 months not sure how much of my belongings were gone. I do not recommend this place at all. Random street people wondering around inside the facility. I would give zero stars if I could.

It saddens me to have to lower my rating down to 2 stars I've always given our storage facility a 5 star rating but over the past year things have changed so much including the management. We've been using Best Self Storage since 2015 if I'm rembering right.
It would be nice if one was able to talk to one of the OWNERS, not the management company. I sure pray this doesn't get us kicked out but it's important to hear, If things change I will also change my post.

Very customer service friendly, and aware of there surroundings so you don't have to guess what to do, they come ask you what you need.

Quick and easy to sign up for a storage unit! I was even able to get a lock right there. Everything looked very clean and well kept. So easy to get in and out of my storage! I definitely recommend Best Self Storage!

I have been a customer for years and I've only had my price increased once and with notice. Management is always friendly and very helpful!

Mike is the best! He has patience beyond me! He never seems to get mad at no one. Plus he on it if u are late leaving your unit which I like that I know for sure belongings are safe. And myself when I have to go through the unit looking something. Keep up the good work Mike.

Best is best, the name says it all And they are the BEST in Oroville, they treat you the best there facilities are the best their location is the best, and their prices are the best!

Management is wonderful! I have had my storage for over 5 years. Awesome customer service.so thankful this storage facility is spot-on, because they were so aware of the traffic in/out and watched carefully my rental space which was nearly compromised. Because they do their job the way it should be done, my property remains there. I will continue to recommend Best Self Storage in Oroville!
