I stayed here for Dinahshore. Luis at the front counter was very helpful.and Aracely the cook nice lady.hopefully, they upgrade soon and put a small gym and different things for breakfast.

The dead roach on the floor when we arrived was gross. The live one on the wall when we got back from dinner was inexcusable. Killed a third in the bathroom the next morning. Step it up Best Western.

Room was old it smelled and felt humid not worth 400 and definitely not worth having to pay 100 deposit whoever books here run it’s horrible this pictures don’t mention an ugly ac system in the corner of the room and the microwave is from the 50’s just ew over all

My husband and I really enjoyed it here over the 4th of July holiday. We stayed two nights and were pleasantly surprised. I read some bad reviews and was a little scared but it was clean, quiet and the staff was very courteous. They have a nice little complementary breakfast too. We've been coming to Palm Springs every year for the 4th of July from Orange County for 20 years and this is going to be our new place to stay! We highly recommend!

I was bitten by spiders not sure if it was by the pool under the trees or in my bed. I woke up with face SWOLLEN. My son killed several spiders in his room aswell.

I went back to Best Western this pass weekend and they have "BEDBUGS. " 6/9-11-2023. It wasnt a spider that had bitten me it was bedbugs

This place was fine. The only bad thing about this place is the outside design. I will come a few more times but not all the time. I it 3 stars.

I want to say first the room I had was clean and quiet and the front desk employees were nice and polite but the beds were smaller than they should have been I reserved queen size but as soon as we walked in I looked and said there was no way the beds were queen (I have a queen at home) my family said the same thing. I asked the front desk, and they said it was. I just stood there in shock and didn't know what to say and shook my head no. The room was very small, along with one small TV on the wall. On Expedia, where I reserved the room, said deli/bar and free breakfast. No deli/bar, but they did have breakfast that I never made it to. The photos advertisement looked nothing like the room I had, nor the hotel. I was there for my father's funeral, so I needed to stay and didn't want to be out two nights of money, but the room was clean and safe. I will not stay again if I have another choice even though it was clean and safe, especially for the price. I would rather spend more money somewhere else and take another chance.

Best Western locked us out of our room at 3 am during Coachella weekend. We returned to the hotel after the final set at 3 am on 4/16/23. The card key for our hotel rooms did not work, so we went to the front desk. Noone was there. We tried calling the hotel directly. Nothing. We called Best Western corporate, they told us to ‘figure it out’ and that they could not do anything. As a result, we were outside of the Best Western hotel at 3: 30 am with nowhere to go. During Coachella weekend, all other hotels are booked. We were fortunate that we had a car to sleep in. As we were about to fall asleep in the car, we saw an employee walk into the front door at about 4: 30 am. We were locked outside for over 1.5 hours in total. The employee realized how messed up the situation was and immediately got us key replacements for our hotel room.

The employee said the manager would be present on site the next morning to address this issue. The next morning the manager was not present, a different employee managing the front desk said the manager would be in the next day. The next morning I approached the front desk again asking for the manager, the manager was not there and I was told that the manager would call me directly in the next couple of hours. The manager did not call me, so I called the manager directly and asked for at least a refund for that night. Our per night basis was $450 per night for a 2 bedroom hotel suite. The manager stated “we make a lot of money coachella weekend” and that he was hesitant to give a refund and would have to talk to his management, he stated he would get back to me by Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon I had heard nothing. I reached out to the corporate directly who empathized with my issue and initially only offered a rewards tier upgrade and a $40 gift card. At this point I asked to escalate further to which the representative offered off half of the night. She said that the manager had made that same offer already which was not true. I believe there’s a disconnect between the realities of the local management and that of Best Western corporate. The only positive employee interactions I had this entire time was with those who were a part of the resolution team from corporate, these people were very competent and helped push my case forward.

Overall, I’m shocked at how incompetent the Palm Springs Best Western management and staff are that I interacted with. They put myself and my friends in a potentially dangerous situation at 3 am at night. I would strongly recommend to anyone to not stay at this specific Best Western hotel as their management can’t be trusted. Additionally, I would recommend to avoid Best Western hotels in general as it’s obvious their corporate structure has no control over their franchisees and cannot resolve issues appropriately after they happen. It’s a huge flaw if at 3 am, the corporate response to you’re in trouble is along the lines of “we can’t do anything about this, you’ll have to figure it out”.

Best Western should be embarrassed to include this old, dirty and smelly motel to their stable of accommodations. Over priced. Should be bulldozed down.

Good located in PS. Some rooms need to be remodeled. Breakfast is served 7 - 9 what is ridiculous insufficient for a holiday location.

Older hotel that could use a reno, but the bed was comfortable, the price was right, and the free breakfast was decent.

The hotel is quiet, conveniently located, and great staff. I am docking the points for the conditions. One of our rooms had a chair in that was cracked and peeling. Another room had a stained chair. Most of the USB ports and wall outlets were very loose. The beds were clean and comfortable. Be advised, they have resumed daily housekeeping.

This place is run down and maids are rude. The rooms are ok fridge in room and microwave but other that that.

Clean hotel. All I need.
It's a bit older, but the room interior is kept up and everything is in good condition.
