Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days. From 9 to 12 October. The rooms were large and clean. The downside was the breakfast. The breakfast room was far too small and note everyone could sit at a table. The breakfast itself was poor and of a low quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good basic hotel for transit.
Free parking, breakfast included, everything clean and fragrant, pool area.
Rooms with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee/tea making facilities.

Room service available, Denny's 20 meters right next to the hotel, very good freeway connections.

Room was great except the shower leaked and it ran into the carpet in the room. It's also under a freeway with no access to it and the neighborhood doesn't exactly look the best.

The room itself is excellent it’s clean and in a OK location. My review is on the service that I receive while staying here. Company has a corporate account with this hotel and many others. My stay was extended due to unforeseen reasons which my company contacted them in advance. They sent housekeeping to barge into my room all throughout the day although I left my do not disturb sign on my door. I called down to the front desk, and even though my room was extended, I was told they thought I had departed…umm whether or not I departed no one should be in my room until the pre-assigned checkout time. To add insult to injury, I walked to get some food and upon returning, I found that my key card was turned off, so I go downstairs and the person that’s at the front desk rudely decided that she was going to chastise me about the time that I planned to leave here and wouldn’t make a key for me until I agreed to call my company.mind you I am hours before it’s time for me to check out my key card should be turned on without us having to go back-and-forth on what my check out time is, trying explain to her I need to get my phone out of my room to call my company she then decided to threaten me with security. This place not only needs diversity training, but they need more than a Hispanic staff because you have more than Hispanic people who stay here! How I was treated was disgusting. I was spoken in a demeaning way, while I stood in the lobby holding my food in my hands pretty much begging for a new key to get into a room that I will still a resident in!

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast, very complete. The location is far from the center of Los Angeles but it has free parking to get around by car.

Breakfast was nice, there is a lot of people in the morning so you I’ll maybe have to wait few mins.
The location is nice and safe for LA, great for someone with car.
Parking is free.

Excellent option for families, it doesn't smell like smoke anywhere, that's saying a lot in this place.

They ask for a security deposit but it takes 13 days to return it. Let's hope they do.

Very clean, parking lot very safe cameras everywhere and a security guard checking all night, great location same driving distance to LA, any beach north or south, Disneyland, almost center to everything, great breakfast, the ladies dont stop filling up the food so everything is fresh and ready to minimize the wait, very good

The service from the team pleasantly surprised me. Everyone greets and is available to help. The location is not cool and far from everything.

The hotel is strategically located so you can reach many tourist destinations more quickly. The included breakfast is okay, typically American. Another positive thing is that you can always get water and coffee in the lobby.
But the room is relatively small. The extractor in our bathroom didn't work and wasn't repaired even though we reported it straight away. The pool was very dirty, it was oily and full of hair. Unfortunately our room was never cleaned properly. In addition, something was always missing, for example no used cups were replaced or the empty shower gel or shampoo containers were not refilled. The employee who then replaced the bottles stood in the bath/shower tub with his dirty shoes. A no-go for me. The key cards didn't work all the time either, so we had to keep going to reception.
All in all, it's okay for a transit trip, I wouldn't book this hotel again for longer.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute treat. The room was elegantly designed with modern amenities, providing the perfect blend of comfort and style. There is a 24 hour Denny's right next door in case you need a quick, easy place to eat. Inside the hotel looked new and clean. It is not a bad place to stay if you are in the area and need a hotel.

I was recently a guest at the best western on commerce here and the way they treated the security was awful and the front desk Lady named Alexis was so rude just had a nasty attitude and she found herself flirting with my husband I will not be returning to this location due to the lack of inappropriate costumer service it’s unbelievable no one should have to experience this
