It's a Best Western, so you get what they provide. I'm very happy with their service. Our room is spacious and clean. The breakfast options were great, I liked how they changed up the proteins (scrambled eggs, egg omelets, breakfast sausage). We picked it partially for location, it's close to the @grounds event center.

The hotel itself is not OK but it's very walkable.there are several shopping centers, geocery stores and and delicious restaurants nearby. There is the plus that some rooms have kitchenettes I was able to prepare a delicious one skillet Louisiana meal.and rosemary and lavender are in abundance along the streets and property.

We drive from Phoenix AZ (12 hour drive) every 3 months with our two little kids because we have family there in sacramento. We came in around 2am and this is the first hotel in the past year that was by far the easiest check in, nice clean room, and very nice staff. The past 3 hotels we have tried staying at this year were just horrible, and I just have to say that we will be checking into this one every 3 months when we come back to visit the area because their prices were very reasonable, parking was easy and right by our room which made it so nice. And they made sure we were able to get a first floor. Their breakfast was very good and they kept it very clean.
The only thing that would be nice is more upgraded TV channels just because there is only one channel our kiddos can watch late at night after a long day of visiting with family!
Overall it was nice comfy beds to sleep on after long days, clean room, nice quiet area, and just a nice hotel!

Thank you for making our trip less stressful

Beware. This place is absolutely the worst place to stay at. I showed up at 3 pm and was told to wait for 30-40 minutes because my room wasn’t cleaned yet. I had no problem with that; I understand that people can get behind, so I waited. After waiting another 20 or so minutes, I was told that my card had blocked my reservation and therefore it was cancelled. The front desk person said I wouldn’t be charged, so I decided to find another hotel. At the other hotel, I was treated a thousand times better, and everything was okay. However, later that night at 10 pm, I was charged for the room! I tried calling to speak to someone that night, but the person who answered didn't seem to care at all. They pretty much didn't answer properly, and I had to repeat myself multiple times because they kept getting off the phone, walking away, and saying "mhm. " I wasn't yelling or anything; I was very calm. It's been almost a week, and I still haven't received any help or a call about my refund. They also later said I never showed up and lied. Huge scammers and will be seeking to do a lawsuit considering all the evidence I have against them and the camera footage of me literally being denied service lmao easy win. I’d stay far far away from them and I hope all the staff who are involved are fired after this reaches corporate.

Sad! This best western is a motel 6 and don't be fooled I stayed in many Best Westerns before this isn't like any I have stayed before. It's dirty! WTH I paid $700 for a room and it's gross the floor is black we've been in the room one minute and already our feet are black on the bottom there's broken stuff throughout the room the dressers were dirty inside gross with food left in molding. Roaches running around. Lite bulbs burned out. People parting outside rooms till 7am? This is ridiculous and shouldn't be this way obviously the staff here don't care. My family's been in hotel housekeeping this is a sad attempt at it who is cleaning these rooms. I made a reservation for a first level room for a disabled person. My room is in back building in the middle of the building with not one handicap spot for the whole section I'm in? Thanks? Who's running your front desk if you're the owner and read this you should get down here and get this worked out. This was our family reunion and I feel bad for everybody staying here.

I honestly enjoyed my stay there. It was very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was ok, so much to choose from. The location is very good and the staff is very nice. I will definitely go back there.

The guy on front desk charged me three times and mentioned me he did something wrong has to redo everything i asked a recipt of refund for all three transactions made i was declined and mentioned sorry and charged me over 600$ for no rooms at this point.

Beds were okay. Walls and floors were paper thin, so we could hear other rooms. Parking lot and breakfast areas are too small for the number of rooms and customers. Overall, okay for a short stay at a discounted price. Not worth it for a real vacation.

Although upon arrival, the young man at the counter treated us nicely it's a shame the customer service I received after that. Had a family trip with a reservation for 4 rooms with a 1night stay that included parking per vehicle. Upon arrival I advised them I only had 3cars that needed parking. A few days later I see an additional charge for 4 vehicles on my account, mind you I had already been charged for 3 cars on my reservation. After multiple attempts to speak to management, I have no luck. I'm having to leave multiple messages even with the front desk. The next day 12pm no luck still, I end up calling again and speaking to the manager. The manager proceeds to tell me there were no additional charges. I ask her to break down the costs on my confirmation that indeed included parking. Once again she tells me there were no other charges made. I continue to tell her there was a charge for 4 cars. Once she checks she says they will refund me that amount, no apology or anything. Not to mention all the hand prints that I came to find on my headboard rest, the hair in the blow dryer and earing left in the bathroom floor and musty smell in the rooms. I was planning on ignoring this but after the service and over charge, I'll have to find a new hotel for my trips.

Pool! Huge, gorgeous and sparking clean Pool! It is an “L” shape. I recommend the rooms above the pool. Enjoy! Great rates, also. Good breakfast bar with menu changes. Clerks are super!

Rooms are ok nice place to stay. Breakfast in mornings were good. Room service not so good needed to call to have rooms cleaned and towels replaced.

Was at a good location for where we needed to be for the week. Could had better service when cleaning rooms the breakfast in the mornings were good tho. But bathroom tub made a lot of noise when showering almost felt like you were gonna fall through the floor.

This hotel takes to long to refund security deposits for when the place funds on hold as pending purchases and now they charge $8 for parking. I stayed there quite often but I've been waiting for my security deposit for over 7bussiness days now and 9 actual days it does not take there maids this long to clean and inspect a room a day at most.so why is it taking so long and every time I've stayed reasently each time period takes longer and longer rediculous. I will not be booking any future rooms with this facility in the future ever again.they do not respect customers or appreciate there value or money.they just want to charge a ton of extra fees and hold customers hard earned money to gain interest on the funds

It would be nice to know about the deposit prior to arriving. I called and booked my reservation, so I actually spoke to a human. Made the reservation and gave my credit card. Upon check in I was told of the $70 deposit, which I still haven’t got credit back for and it’s been 12 days since my stay.

Staying here for work and booked through best western app. I paid in advance and when I showed up was told there's an eight dollar per day parking fee. I think it's pretty shady to have one price online then add additional fees on when I've already paid for my room. This should be reflected in the price online. I'm very disappointed and will never stay at this location again. Silly me I just assume when I book a hotel for a week that I'd be allowed to park in their parking lot. Best westerns in general have been decent, but I feel like this one has taken advantage of it's customers and I definitely don't appreciate it. If you want to charge more money I understand I just wish that it was represented at the time of booking
