Best Western Sonoma Winegrower's Inn, Rohnert Park CA

Nice big clean room, on the ground floor as I requested. The refrigerator even worked! I will definitely stay here again. Update: I'm back, and everything is good. Thank you for the friendly customer service at check in!

Located right off the freeway, but still quiet. Nice parking lot. Took a nap in my truck there and Noone bothered me. Would visit again.

Friendly, helpful staff and beautiful remodeled rooms!

Not the best of rooms, us and several other co-workers all decided to move to another location after being here for a few days.
The staff was friendly and nice, the breakfast wasn't so bad with a very nice lady that was always helping everyone.

The large wooden bear was a nice touch and there was a bunch if grape plants being planted while we were there.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a little steep for a room that’s basically a right on the freeway though.

Staff was very friendly, room was inexpensive and clean and the free breakfast was a great plus for my family and I.

Good stay overall, the staff was extremely accommodating and courteous. Road trip with wife and 2 kids, 2 queen room was just right for us. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. I'd say the price point was a bit high though because the room was dated and run down. Our room was also very noisy, any sound outside passes right through the front door and windows. Even quiet talking. We could also hear conversations on each side of us and footsteps above us.

Great stop over, no frills, standard free breakfast. Loved the pool & hot tub. Place was kinda sketchy & dirty outside but in the room felt fine. Great service kind friendly staff

This was a quaint motel and a quick stop for my family and I as we drive up the coast. Room is spacious, clean, and the breakfast was great. The lovely lady running the breakfast was keeping that area clean and the waffles cooking- she was great! Also the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating both at night and during the day.

Worst hotel experience ever. My parents and I both got two rooms here for a couple nights and after unloading all of our stuff, my wife used the restroom and when she went to wash her hands, water dumped all over her feet. Turns out the plumbing wasn't hooked up properly and dumped water all over the floor. We called the front desk and the lady at the front and after a few minutes, she was able to find another room for us. So we packed all of our stuff back up and moved to a new room.
The next morning my dad noticed a small drip in the bathroom and he assumed it was just a leaky toilet. He went to wiggle the toilet handle when water dripped on his hand from the ceiling. The exhaust fan was dripping water from the bathroom in the floor above them. He went down to the office around 7am and let them know of the leak and the front desk supervisor, Maryanne, let him know she would have someone check it out. 8: 45am rolls around and now the leak was dripping rapidly from the ceiling. I went to the front desk where I found Maryanne and asked her if anything was being done about the leak. She let me know that a ticket was placed but the maintenance man just arrived at 8: 30am and hadn't gotten to it yet. She never once mentioned that it would take close to two hours to be fixed, never once offered to move them rooms and when we asked what they should do when they have to use the restroom, she said they can come back up to the front office and use the employee restroom (Which was beyond filthy and basically a tiny closet converted into a restroom). The entire time Maryanne was rude, aggressive and showed ZERO sympathy or care for our experience. This women shouldn't be in management as she has no care for her guests. She never apologized once and instead finally gave us keys for a new room in the other side of the complex. As we packed up our stuff and move again, the plumber was coming down the stairs from the room above with a filthy plunger. The water dripping from the ceiling was dirty toilet water! Absolutely disgusting hotel and the worst customer service.

Great place to stay when going to the race in Sonoma. It's a bit of a drive to the track but easy to get to the track. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was very nice.
Los of places to eat within walking distance and Scandia Entertainment center only about a minute drive.

Just horrible! Rude, unhelpful staff (except for breakfast room staff who were lovely, wish could rate them separately). Rooms standard BW, but dirty linens (yellowed with large stains on them), made whole space feel dirty. Location noisy (freeway and loud patrons yelling back and forth at night), located in what felt like an "abandoned" area, restaurant in same lot boarded up and tall weeds everywhere. Felt very seedy all around. To top it off, hotel would not honor the price on my reservation confirmation at the end of my stay, charged me $80-100 more and gave me run around when I pointed it out.to date still not resolved. I use BW frequently, am considered a "Diamond member", but never have I had an experience this bad. Don't waste your $$ staying here. I'm questioning EVER using BW again.

Avoid at all costs. I was given a room that was unliveable. The traffic noise, combined with lack of window insulation, meant that it would have been impossible to sleep or work at this hotel. I had to forfeit my $240 cancellation fee (the hotel was asked to make an exception and they refused), and find a new hotel at 11: 53pm for a 9-night stay.

Front desk person no personality and made me feel like I was taking her away from something. When I asked where my room was she pointed over her shoulder.
