Bestway Rent A Car

They may not be the fanciest place, but this was the best car rental spot that I’ve ever been to. The customer service, honesty, and fair prices can’t be beat. They were the light at the end of the tunnel after a really long day of traveling. My boyfriend even forgot his wallet in the car and shout out to Oscar for getting it mailed back to us. Thanks again for the 5 star experience!

Needed a car for a week while visiting family. All of the "big brands" as well as the smaller companies were nearly $500 after adding on multiple fees. So glad I found Bestway for about half the price. Nice car in great condition, and super friendly service with easy pickup and dropoff. I had a ride to pick up the car, but assume it would be an easy Uber/Lyft from the Burbank airport. Very happy with the overall experience and will definitely rent again.

Fantastic experience! I needed a small cargo van for just a few hours to move some large pieces of artwork. Oscar is the best - he made me feel like an old friend, had the van ready and waiting out front when I arrived, and got the paperwork done in about 2 minutes. Amazing customer service, great vehicle and a bargain to boot (about half the cost the major chains quoted for similar vehicles). Super-highly recommended!

UPDATE: We just rented a 4th time while visiting our daughter over Christmas. Oscar and the team outdid themselves prepping the car for us. Thanks again and happy New Year, guys!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have rented 3 times from Bestway in Burbank in 2021. Their cars are clean and in good condition, but they are a few years older which means that you won't have Apple Carplay/Android Auto or possibly even a backup camera, but the price and service MORE than make up for the lack of these luxuries. Please be aware that they are open limited hours on Saturday and not at all on Sunday. Thanks, Bestway!

I am a person that does not do surveys/reviews etc. However, I recently rented a vehicle/cargo van from this company a few days ago, and believe they deserve a 5 star shout out review from me. My son and I were to originally rent a truck from a 'large corporation' and discovered that the fuel line was ruptured. We had a deadline to pick up some furniture and were in a bind. We live in Orange County and are not familiar with this area at all. A rep from this 'corporation' called a few places, everything was rented out everywhere, and some of the quotes were astronomical. Ultimately, he called Bestway, whom had a rental available for a few hours (as it was reserved to go out at 3pm). VJ, the operation manager was fantastic! He let us rent it out for a few hours, gave us an INCREDIBLE price, and the vehicle ran great. Usually, I steer toward large chain places, yet this place was a day saver and deserves my review.
