Better Buzz Coffee Pacific Beach Grand, San Diego CA

After paying we got handed our food, a FROZEN SOLID out of the freezer acai bowl that could not be eaten. There is not more to the story it is rather straightforward.

On vacation and stopped by on my walk this morning.all I ordered was 3 different muffins and they were all FANTASTIC! Front counter attendant was pleasant and quick.
I will be back.thanks!

Mitchell did such a great job with providing the best service! The Rose water latte was on point! I’ve had it multiple times but never has it been this enjoyable.:) he knows how to do it! And the air conditioner was blasting cold air to me and my friend so I asked if he could turn it down and he turned it off for me! Thanks Better buzz for having people like Mitchell!

That was my first and the last time in this coffee shop.
They managed to write my name wrong, and instead of "Mark" they put "Clarck" (never happened before) which resulted in me waiting for 20 minutes for my coffee. And on top of that they gave my croissant to someone else (that was the last croissant they had). So I didn't get what I paid for.
This place sucks.

First time I came here. I was driving and passed the building because it was small building than I was expecting. But I found the drive through entrance somehow and ordered it. It was in the early morning so there’s some customers inside the house and took kind of long time to wait. The best drink ever was pretty good and the chocolate croissant is ordinarily but good.

Please hire more people. I saw all employees working hard none stop but to wait for 25+ mins for a cup of hot coffee is just very very wrong.no matter how amazing the coffee is.

I Ordered a yogurt bowl with Greek yogurt and did not receive a full bowl, it was less than filled up halfway and given normal yogurt. I interacted with two employees and none of them communicated with me that they are either low on supplies to make the full bowl or atleast offer a discount or credit. If I had known this eight dollar yogurt would have been given to me less that half-filled, I would have not spent my money. All in all, bad service and bad communication.

Ordered avocado toast. Was not toasted. Should have listening to reviews that said they do not toast their toast…

Nothing to do with specialty coffee. Just a better Starbucks knockoff. Much better roasters you can head in SD Area.

Sweetest mocha I've ever had! Next time I will order half the chocolate and it will be perfect. Very cool vibe here!

I enjoyed my PSL here! Would appreciate a recycling added in the upstairs area as I noticed multiple patrons tossing their plastic cups into the garbage.

We love buzz coffee. We got three different drinks.the best coffee ever, coconut buzz and the pink dragon smoothie. Definitely the smoothest coffee I’ve ever had.

Chai tea w/ almond milk no ice was perfect! What a chai tea should taste like! I had 2 when I went on my summer trip.drive through and coffee shop were wonderful!

We just ordered two pastries and a coffee. We received the coffee w/the lid open, coffee spilled ALL over the drink holder, coffee cup, and the bag the pasties came in. In fact, the hotel carpet is currently soaked with this same coffee. Additionally, we received two of the same pastry instead of the pastries we ordered. #OneTimeStopHere

I been here a couple of times and every time my coffee order is always wrong. No matter what I ordered there is always something missing.

They are vary slow to order to stayed 10 minutes to take my order also more then 15 minutes

I’m not sure what was going on the morning of June 21 but I received a cup full of foam. It was half coffee half foam. Thanks for serving up a big cup of disappointment.

Love this place and enjoy the atmosphere. The cold brew coffee is a bit strong for me, but a simple addition of some crème made up for it. Gotta love their specialty drinks though!
