I love my new hearing aides. They are in the canal, and I can hear so many new sounds. Wow. Can't believe all the sounds that I've been missing. Audiologist Mark is super knowledgeable and helpful with getting the right fit and making adjustments. You will be glad you chose Better Hearing!

My hearing is actually fine (confirmed with a thorough test from Mark), but I’ve had persistent tinnitus for a month now, and that was the focus of my visit.

Mark knows an immense amount about tinnitus and treatment options, and was excellent counsel. I feel better just knowing that there are options, and Mark is there to help.

Mark Sanford and his team at the Better Hearing Center, Menlo Park are amazing. He helped me get a perfect fit of latest model of hearing aids, patiently addressed all my concerns, provided a loaner hearing aid when my original was out for a color change, and fine tuned the hearing aid to get a clearer and crisper sound.

Great customer service, beginning with being seen at your appointment time; no prolonged waiting. Mark is patient in answering all your questions, making whatever adjustments are necessary to hearing aids. Front desk is especially friendly & helpful.

I have been very pleased with my whole experience at Better Hearing Center. After being fitted with ReSound over the ear hearing aids at Stanford 6 years ago and being frustrated with apps that didn’t work well, I was ready for a different solution. I specifically chose BHC because they offer the Phonak Lyric product. I love the convenience of leaving them in and not dealing with batteries. They have made a huge difference in my ability to hear people without the struggle.

Mark obviously has a lot of experience at solving hearing problems. He understood my situation quickly by asking me questions and examining my ears, confirmed it all with testing, and explained the various options open to me, all in less than an hour. The fact that he has access to all the major brands gave me the confidence that he was helping me first, not any particular manufacturer.

The best place for the best type of hearing aid. I have worn a Lyric for 15 years. I tried other ITE types. Others don’t compare well. Lyric is worth the price. No worries about batteries or misplacing. Insert and forget. Good fidelity. Good sound level management with ALC. Technology is frequently updated with each replacement.

The fitting and testing of the hearing aid was done on time and right the first time! So far so good!
