This company will continue to charge you AFTER you have
cancelled service. They charged my card after service was cancelled. I filed a complaint with the California Attorney
General. Everyone that has been wronged by Better help needs to contact the CA Attorney General ASAP!

What is the phone number for customer service? I have been charged thousands of dollars and received no services whatsoever. Who is accountable at this company? Provide a number to call.

I have blocked and reported your ads on Youtube, no less than 100 times and that is not an exaggeration. I still see them every single day. Why are you immune to ad blocking? Why would we give a shameless company such as yourself a chance to talk to us about our problems? Lol. You have no respect for my desire to not see your ads, how you going to have respect for my issues?

No help. Phone appointment was set up 2 days in advance (the first time slot available) and no call. Repeated attempts to solve the matter was wasted. Customer Service will not return inquiries. Will not refund overcharge.

I gave them a star because I couldn't give them no star. After taking the time to submit an application on Betterhelp, what I found was Betterhelp is not interested in helping people at all! The people that started this company blatantly displayed the arrogance and hubris of many silicon valley tech companies. They actually have the audacity to say they're interested in helping individuals in need of counseling when their primary focus is on getting their therapists paid and subsequently getting paid themselves ALL UNDER THE GUISE OF HELP THOSE THAT REALLY NEED IT. I mean how does someone like me, who has addiction and documented mental health issues afford 48.75 per week? ! 170 odd dollars a month! AND THT WAS WITH A 20% DISCOUNT woohoo! If they were sincere about helping those in need they would start by contracting with therapists who take insurance but then they couldn't satisfy the therapists they're beholden to who don't.
So, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING. They are are bunch of arrogant, greedy, insensitive silicon valley types operating in their own little bubble completely out of touch with the problems of the real world.
Shame on them!

FYI. I'm in same boat as other review. My reason to search address given on web site is to view actual address before I invest in. 60 cent stamp to write my dissatisfied experience with their billing a policy. Hope you have better customer service than I recieved. Buyer beware

As a whole this is a great platform, but the lack of respect for the customers is abhorrent. I have attempted, on a number of occasions, to reach out to their customer service department with no response.
