Betty Burgers reviews
21Patties comparable to McDonald’s in my opinion. Dry, overcooked and thin. Way overpriced for what you get. In and out burgers are better even though they are cheaper. Milk shakes were good
Great burgers, with additional choices like chicken and turkey. Very good fries. And delicious ice cream.
Very flavorful, quality burgers. Decent gluten free bun. Appeared to be some chicken, vegetarian, and vegan options on the menu as well. Didn't love the soda options, nor that there are no refills at the soda machine, but they also have some bottled and canned beverage options. Very large fry baskets. I'd say pretty good value for money.
Was unimpressed with the food. Maybe they were just having a bad day but the food was borderline flavorless. I got a burger with onion rings and BBQ sauce and could just barely taste the sauce and not much else. The fries also didn't have much flavor even though they look like they are pre-seasoned before being frozen and sold in the grocery store which is where I assume they bought them. The soda was OK though it was a bit watered down. The ketchup for the fries was typical ketchup and had more flavor than anything else, sadly it was the best part. Definitely not a good first impression. There are far better options and I doubt I will return.
The burger was salty and barely warm. I remember it being much better. Sweet potato fries were ok.
We were in a pinch and wanted a burger. Family and I saw this place on line and figured why not. Food is ok.nothing to special.
If you like 1000 Islands as your "special sauce" you might dig this spot. Be paired to live your wallet at the door.quite expensive. We really wanted Carls Jr but seems it's nolonger in the area (coming from east bay).
3 cheese burgers, 3 fries, and 1 small 12 oz shake $53. We might go back but just be mindful when ordering on-line glitchy.
We took it to go but it's only a five minute drive home. The burgers we're dry (too lean?) and poorly assembled (thick stack of iceburg lettuce not seperated).
I'm sad to say this is the worst burger I've had as far back as I can remember over the last few years. The fries were great, though.
Tracks on the Grass was dry and burnt. My little guys burger was dry and over cooked also. My daughter liked her Mad Max tho and her sweet potato fries.
There was plastic Saran Wrap left in my burger. We addressed this with the front & all she said was “oh my gosh”. She did not apologize, only said “oh my gosh”.
Wow, I’m never going back to Betty burgers.
Food was great prices are a bit high but great quality. Just didn't care for the checker she was rude and not very helpful
I had the basic hamburger and a chocolate shake. It was delicious and the hamburger was not greasy at all. Which made me extremely happy. ️
Love the Burgers Thankful they have a Gluten Free bun so I don't have to do a lettuce wrap. The sweet potato fries are also amazing.
This place is sooo good. Their burgers are amazing. And their fries are impeccable. Ordering is super easy and it doesn't take long to get your meal. Me and my friend enjoy their food so much.
Good prices and good food.
This place is sub par and doesn't deserve the reviews they are getting. Along with being quite expensive, they cook their burgers until they are hard, Grey hockey pucks. The patties weren't fresh either. I never saw the place filled with people either during the 4 days we stayed which says a lot as well. Skip this place. Many better places in the area.
Let me tell you. THIS IS THE PLACE TO TRY! Great burgers and fries. I am big on my fries being crispy and YES they didn't false adverse that.my burger was the Betty and it was fulfilling and also the service is amazing! On a side note the bathrooms are dope with creative graffiti vibe looks. Definitely recommend.
The bun to meat ratio was uneven. Too much bread for a way to small patty that should've been bigger.
The grilled cheese my daughter had was good according to her, it was on a burger bun.
The ambiance was nice since it wasn't busy or crowded.
The staff were very nice.
I placed an order. 3 burgers 3 fries, sprite and a root beer float. They bring my food, no sprite, no float. They say.we forgot to charge you.after I have already spent $49. Then, I get home.only 1 fry, not the three I ordered. Seriously I spent 50 on 3 burgers and a fry? Horrible service. I am a local and I will never recommend this to visitors let alone other locals. I can spend the same amount get all my food plus some from Burger in Aptos. Giving them 1 star is generous.
Dig this Burger Joint! Excellent stacked burgers. Favorite is Point Grinder - a black n blue beauty with grilled onions. Buns are fresh and meat is delicious. Stubborn Creme soda is to die! Love the new style thin cut fries. Counter is great with a selection of beers and ice cream! Great family spot. Big booths and clean bathrooms. Staff is super friendly without the customer service eyeroll when we ask to move tables. Indoor seating with memorabilia and great outdoor seating with artwork. Location is fantastic just 1 block east of Pleasure Point! Plenty of parking.
Only tried the smoky burger and it's just OK for it's price. Bread is dry and boring. I loved the sweet potato fries and the secret sauce they have tho! My wife had a lettuce wrapped Chick-A-Dee which is a bit better.
Juicy, crispy, well sauced and garnished there's much to like about Betty's. Anywhere they have a 50/50 fries onion rings combo you know they have their fingers on the pulse of the burger eating public. The staff is friendly, not apathetic, and the outdoor dining space in the courtyard is clean and cozy without feeling like you are on top of your fellow patrons. Decent beer in bottle/can selection.
