15My experience with Beverage Factory was outstanding. I had a small issue with my Kegerator and after speaking with Heather, the issue was immediately resolved. She was terrific and very knowledgeable, pleasant & helpful. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from them.
Hannah has been great, very supportive and accommodating working through an issue with the shelves catching on the wine fridge door gasket with our fridge in a constrained space.
This is an amazing company. I have worked with them for 5+ years now, they really back the products they sell and are always there for help. They actually have people that answer their phones and provide a high level of knowledge on the products which makes their service truly 5 star.

Update: this company truly cares about their customers—sent me a better-fitting part at no charge and free shipping, even though they were under no obligation doing so and me never asking for waived costs.
Overall, this is my third experience with Beverage Factory going way back to 2014. I highly commend their high standards and integrity.
When I recently had trouble with my wine coolers, the people at the Beverage Factory were knowledgeable, responsible, and very responsive. This was the kind of customer service we all wish for, and I especially want to single out Hannah, who has been conscientious and caring during many twists and turns. (I also want to credit Heather, whom I worked with less but who was also great.) In fact, everyone I talked to at Beverage Factory was intent on giving me the best customer service possible. It is much appreciated.
When it works, it's great. But if it stops working like ours did - they are no help. No appliance company can work on it. Buyer beware. We bought a Kegco Outdoor Kegerator.
I have had nothing but good experiences with the Beverage Factory. Most recently Kaylyn helped me get a part that I needed. When I received the wrong item she quickly identified what happened and worked to get me the item that I needed. Thank you Kaylyn!
My order was missing a couple of pieces, but Kaylyn was extremely helpful and addressed it immediately. No enduring a maze of telephone options and hold times, but rather a human who answered the phone (on a Saturday!) and corrected the situation right away. Other companies should aspire to such things.
We recently contacted customer service to get a front door panel replaced. Heather got in touch with us and shipped us a new replacement.we have received the new one in good condition. Overall all we are very pleased with the customer service they provide. Thank you guys!
We had two, minor issues with our kegerator. Heather responded quickly to our concerns and made sure each issue was resolved beyond satisfaction. I would highly recommend Beverage Factory if anyone is considering a purchase of this nature - don’t let the remote purchase or shipping deter your decision to buy from this company. Heather was beyond accommodating when we had an issue about 8 months after we purchased our Allavino wine fridge. She was very prompt at replying and empathic to our concerns. The company absolutely made the situation correct, and for that I’m super grateful. We purchased from Beverage Factory because we had a family member who had a great experience with this company & product that they purchased over a decade ago, and I’m so thankful we did! 100% would recommend purchasing from this company.
I ordered the kegerator on 8/9/2023. I called on 8/10/2023 to cancel the order because we decided it wasn't practical for just my wife and I. I also sent emails to everyone I could. The cost to me was $914.25. I also contacted my Bank to let them know I cancelled the order. I finally received an email from the company that the order was shipped on 8/10/2023. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED YET. Nor was it shipped when I called to cancel. Yet Beverage factory didn't respond to my request until 8/14/2023 in forming that they would call the shipping company and inform them of the cancellation. However they also informed me that they were going to charge me over $243.00 for return of an oder that hadn't even been shipped yet. Not who I would recommend to any of my friends or family to do business with. Nor will I ever order from them in the future if I ever decide to order a Kegerator. I have filed a dispute with my Bank and with the ICC for their business practices. Buyer beware is all I can say.
I was having difficultly remembering my procedures and had lost my Manual. My wine cooler had been discontinued KayLen, their representative had to dig into their records and email me back correct Manual. In a very short time I received my Manual. Thanks, KayLen
