Picked up my 2018 M3 CS in San Marino blue yesterday at Beverly Hills BMW. Very impressed with the sales experience and customer relations. My awesome sales agent, Saleh Elshebli was very nice and easy to work with. Everything was handled very professionally and the car was prepared for delivery in mint condition. Also, I had the opportunity to meet the dealership General Manager, Mr. Sean Ramezani. He is a very nice gentleman and a great car enthusiast.

Overall, I am glad that I have purchased my vehicle from this dealership and definitely recommend all my family and friends to check out their extensive inventory and well-decorated dealership.

Very Poor service- BH BMW Left tools in my engine compartment!
Imagine a doctor leaving a scalpel inside of you after surgery? Well I got my car serviced at Beverly Hills BMW and they left a tool Bouncing around inside my BMW 650ci engine. When I asked them if it was their tool, they said “Oopsie“ and asked me to return it. Are you kidding me? I also purchased a brand new $600 run flat tire at the same time and they left the tire 5 pounds under inflated. I called and emailed trying to speak with the manager and nobody returned my call or email. I’ve purchase or leased 6 different BMWs and expect a lot better. I also have a Mercedes from BH Mercedes and have never had a problem. You pay a lot for BH BMW service and I expect a lot better service than this. Go somewhere else if you have a choice. #bhbmw

I had the best experience I could possibly ask for buying my first car and with me not having that much credit history I went in kind of scared thinking the worst, but all that changed when Saleh Elshebli put hard work and dedication into making my deal happen for me, regardless of my situation he made it happen and I promise if you go there they'll make the same happen for you. I'm beyond grateful and thankful for everybody on the staff they welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like family. Wouldn't trade my experience for the world.

Terrible experience. My convertible top stopped work so I took it to Gary at BMW Beverly Hills. They kept the car for (3) days and charged me $1000 to put the top up. Yet, they still could not diagnose the issue with the top, and it is still broken. What a scam.

It was a quick buy. Mr Toufie was direct and to the point when we were making a deal. Great man. Amine is also a great person to work with. No hassle. Will come back to this dealership because of these 2 gentlemen. Thank you for your assistance.
