I haven't been to them for service sense 2017 due to an issue with my coils. I was never told what the problem was and my car had been driven many miles well into the thousands for someone's personal use when it was returned after several days and discovered to have been in the Hans of and employee I watched painfully as they washed road dust from my vehicles interior then returned it with several original parts missing.
The employee in question was suspended but I have never received my missing components, as a result my vehicle has never run the same.

BH BMW had my car for three days since the check engine light came on. My car has less than 15000 miles. Three days later no real work completed as they just moved spark plugs from one place to another.
So three days go by and the most painful part is the technician drove my car to his home overnight to supposedly test drive my car over 60 miles. I felt like my car was there just so the tech could have a convertible sports car for a few days. I explained what happened to the manager, he was nice but seemed confused that no work was really done in three days and he didn’t really have an excuse why this happened. I only noticed because my app showed my gas was low before pickup and no they did not top off gas and I had to wash my car again as they left all these water spots. Ironically I had a loaner car from Tuesday to Friday and only drove about 30 miles total and was required to fill the tank but no such luck the other way around.

5 Stars! I've been a client for years at Beverly Hills BMW. The main reason - Assistant Service Manager, Kiki Cholewka. Kiki is truly an asset to BMW. If all BMW service centers had employees like Kiki, there would be more satisfied BMW owners. I commend Kiki about her level of knowledge about BMWs. More importantly, I praise Kiki's professionalism, attention to detail, thoroughness, and willingness to make customers feel comfortable and valued. Kiki's overall attitude is also unparalleled. She is personable, friendly, charming, easygoing, and downright pleasant to deal with. Most importantly, Kiki is genuine and trustworthy. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Kiki! If you visit Beverly Hills BMW Service Center, I highly recommend you ask for Kiki.

BMW doesn’t know how to service their own cars if those cars are electric. If you find yourself with a 12 volt dead battery to start your electric car motor in your i3. Good luck and get ready to pay out. No one you talk to will know anything about the i3. They only cater to those that buy big gas guzzlers. They have no understanding or service for people that buy electric. My recommendation, buy an electric car from a company that specializes in or wants to be in the green business. BMW will try to sell you an oil change with you electric car, not knowing they DON’T have oil.

Service for air bag recall. Lights in dash are still lit as it was before the service, problem unresolved. Appreciated the convenience of loaner vehicle since service took 4 days, staff were very pleasant and professional

Iqbal Gill was really thorough with the details and explained each & every details. He was very detail oriented and provided every updates as my car was in the shop. I would recommend to get him as a service advisor.

Always have great experiences at this location. They’ve always been able to get my car in and out the same day and offer a comfortable lounge/waiting area to work remote from. Francisco is an incredible service advisor. He explains everything that needs to be done now and things that can wait. He always has the best interests in mind when coming to my car and I appreciate his efficiency and honesty.

My review is an excerpt of the email I sent to the general manager and service manager. Not included below is my abysmal experience with the shuttle scheduling service, to the point where I had to get my own Lyft back home after dropping my car off. I would have preferred to include the response to my email, but I never received a reply:

My girlfriend and I recently moved to Beverly Hills and own two BMWs. I have had my share of both excellent and dismal customer service from dealerships over the years, but have found that BMW normally provides an excellent experience overall when it comes to dealer visits.

Or so I thought before visiting BMW of Beverly Hills.

What is a dealbreaker for me is being recommended almost $500 in unnecessary service when I bring a vehicle in for an inspection. While it's good to know that there were no mechanical issues found in the inspection, being told that carbon buildup removal should be done on a car with 20,000 miles is absurd - and awfully convenient that the recommendations I was given fall outside of the service work that would be covered under the existing warranty.

I'm deft enough around a vehicle to know when something isn't necessary, but the chance that my girlfriend could take her car in for something routine and walk out with lighter wallet for no good reason is enough to make me stay away.

I brought my 2009 335i in for some scratches and to have my convertible top repaired. They did an inspection of my entire car and sent me a link to a detailed high definition video of all the things they found wrong with my car. Gill was my service advisor. Top of the line service. He was on top of everything. Gil and the rest of the BMW staff were very professional. I highly recommend bringing your BMW to Beverly Hills BMW.

While traveling away from home, I got a nail in my tire. On the M8, there is no spare tire, and patching/plugging isn't recommended on Pirelli PZero PS4S tires, so I needed a replacement. I checked multiple BMW dealers in the greater LA area, but most didn't have the right size replacement tire in stock. Beverly Hills BMW did. I showed up without an appointment at their busy shop at 3: 30pm on Friday. By 5pm I was driving out with 2 new BMW-spec tires to replace the one with the nail and the other rear tire that was worn past its wear bars. Francisco Valles and the Beverly Hills BMW team provided outstanding service.

Terrible service! I went into to get an oil change and vehicle check as my center console indicated that they are due for service which was the original reason for coming in and neither of them were taken care of. I did mention another issue regarding the check engine light coming on and off which looks to be reviewed but no one checked to see if I wanted the oil and vehicle check cleared off. Such a waste of time not having my car all day and now have to do it again to keep my car properly serviced. Ridiculous!

My navigation didn't work and after their inspection the unit had to be replaced, Paul (service adviser) told me he had to order the parts and after 3 weeks sure enough the part arrived and it was repaired on the day I took it in. The lead time and the repair was done expeditiously and I am a content camper.

DO NOT GO HERE. They tried to scam me for a bogus $2,000 repair. I took my car in for service and the Technicians said that I needed to have the engine mounts replaced for $2,000. It turns out that this repair is totally unnecessary I know that it because I took my car to another BMW repair shop and told them that I was told that I needed the engine mounts replaced. They looked at the engine mounts and told me “We are happy to replace your engine mounts, but they are fine and don’t need replacing”

Disappointed with the lack of communication and wait time. I scheduled an appointment for routine service, and as soon as I got there for my appointment time, they told me that everyone was about to go on lunch which would add at least another hour to me just sitting around waiting for my car. When it had hit hour 4, I reached out to the person that was helping me to get an estimate time on when my car would be ready, I never hit a response. The total service took 5 hours and no extra work was getting done to my car that day. The extra work that needed to get done, I took my car to a place (not BMW dealer) by my house where communication was better and service was done within a couple of with better communication.

I brought my car in the service rep was pleasant and friendly.with my past car service history available to give her knowledge of my car. After writing the repair needed, since I had not made reservations for a car loaner, a shuttle was provided for my return home.
A text was received explaining the repairs needed and for.my approval.
The repairs were done iwith no delay. I really appreciated the way þhe service was performed with no delay.
I really like the business approach Beverly Hills BMW provides to its customers.

They're the best BMW dealership I've experienced, I lease a new BMW every 3 years and who used many dealerships. You think they might be more expensive because they're in Beverly Hills but in my experience they're not.
