I purchased my wedding band here back in 2020 and recently had it resized. My husband and I have enjoyed working with Nikki, she cares, she remembers things, and truly wants the best for her customers. This is a quality business.

My fiancé bought my ring online. A month after I had it, I bought it to multiple different jewelry stores to estimate pricing for sizing down from a 6.5 to a 5.5. I was told my side stones would potentially fall out in the future due to the size adjustment. I contacted Beverly Hills to ask what to do, and without question they offered to replace my ring with the size I needed. I shipped my ring to them and explained what I wanted, and within a couple weeks, my beautiful ring with the correct size arrived. 11/10 recommend this jewelry store! Thanks so much Beverly Hills!

Nikki is the sweetest! My fiancé and I came in last minute for wedding bands and Nikki was so knowledgeable, friendly, and generous. My brother went there to buy an engagement ring and they took great care of him, really looking at his choices and offering up ideas that were aligned with his vision. Fantastic, family owned business. My friend was looking for an engagement ring and when we walked in Beverly Hills Jewelers, we got a very warm welcome right away from Nikki. The service was so personal and thoughtful. I really felt like they were more concerned with making sure we were happy than up-selling us anything. My friend was really nervous about feeling pushed to make a decision, but ended up really happy and excited about the purchase. I'll definitely recommend them in the future. And I will be coming back myself!

Top notch. Loved this family. They were super honest, super knowledgeable and genuine. No used car salesmen here. They were priced below the three other places I went to and their craftsmanship was top notch. They all are so warm and welcoming. It's a family business which I respect. Mom is there too, greeted me so kindly. AND after laying out a few options of diamond bracelets the one we all agreed on was the least expensive. Not even a HINT of "you should get this one because it's bigger. "  They respected my budget and I LOVE MY DIAMOND BRACELET!
