Beverly Hills Marriott, Los Angeles CA

Nice restaurant and in the morning you have a choice for a quick Starbucks breakfast or a full dine-in experience. Staff is accommodating and facilities are up to standard.

Room is clean and the bathroom has nice lighting with ample space to put your toiletries. The only thing is that it's a bit dark. Rooms facing the front of the hotel has better natural lights.

The location was good, but there were many things lacking for the Marriott brand. The club lounge is not in operation, and the room is too cold and the heater is not heated, but it is not allowed to request repair. The hotel cleaned well, but there were many shortcomings in the facility. Restaurants are not that good either. Only two bottles of water are provided free of charge on the first day. No matter how long you stay, you have to keep buying water. It's 4 dollars a bottle.
The Marriott Bonvoy Platinum rating benefits are only two additional bottles of water, one energy bar and welcome drink coupon. It's a difficult hotel to recommend.

위치는 괜찮은 편이고 근처에 주유소에 딸린 편의점과 마트가 있는데 호텔이 너무 별로입니다. 방은 언뜻 보기엔 무난한데 공조에 문제가 있고 아주 건조해요. 1층에 팬트리 (매점) 에서 음료나 이것 저것 간단한 먹을 것들을 구입할 수 있는 건 좋고 또 매일 아침 10시까지 무료로 스타벅스 커피를 주는 것도 괜찮은데 시설이 너무 별로입니다. 그리고 물도 처음 도착하면 2병만 주고 제가 8박을 했는데도 계속 이후에는 구입해야 하더군요. 한국 분들이 가시기엔 비추천입니다. 시설이 낙후해서 매리어트 본보이 멤버십 티어가 높아도 누릴 수 있는 것이 없어요.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, takes care of its Bonvoy members. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is lovely, the service is perfect. I was upgraded and had water and a bottle of wine waiting with a personal note for my ambassador status. Can’t ask for much more. Very welcoming. Thanks!

I stayed at this hotel for an entire week (work trip), and it was a pleasant stay.

Staff was friendly and upbeat, I was given a complimentary room upgrade (due to status), food was good, valet was quick, and the location was awesome, walk-able to nearby restaurants and Rodeo Drive.

Staying here for the first time and the alarm clocks in our room went off at 4am and haven’t been able to go to sleep since. I would have thought the alarm clocks are reset before new guests arrive.

Spent three days and nights, older hotel, but very modern, with great service. The restaurant provides a great breakfast. Location, location, location.

We stay here for my son birthday, This hotel is too dark at main entrance and lobby is all over black color and room also dark Iam not go back this hotel again website say room service everyday but when I check in thay tell me every other day, And vallet parking so expensive over night $ 51.

I recently stayed at the hotel for 2 days while in town for a wedding. The room wasn’t in the best shape and the location wasn’t that closed to Beverly Hills, but overall it was decent.

The room was small the price was not worth paying.everyone were very impressively nice.but I don't see paying 47.00 per night for parking when the rooms are over priced.

Rooms were ok, but in 4 days they never got our room cleaned, they said because of covid, but I've been in different hotels and this is the firts one that has this "mode", hopefully at leats they make a discount for that but no, they still have the same price for less. And its been like that for several months, as I've seen in more reviews.

Despite this, the service was nice but if you want to come back to find a clean room at the end of your day, this is not an option.

Ps: if hotel wants to reply, don't bother to give us the same answer that has been given to the other guests who complained about the same.

It's good, safe, clean right by famous Factors Deli and the Beverly Hills business district where I used to office out of, good dependable ️️!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I accidentally dropped something on the floor and when I bent down to pick it up I happened to look under the bed. There was an empty soda bottle and a used face mask from a previous hotel guest under the bed. Doesn’t the housekeeping staff clean under the beds? I called the front desk twice and the phone rang and rang and no one ever answered the phone. Stayed 5 nights and room was not cleaned the first time until day 4. Room I thought was very small for the price. Totally unacceptable for a Marriott. Will not return

PARKING!
They charge for parking $51 daily. So i parked my car on the street (ive got ticket).
When i was checkign out i realized they charged me for 3 nights parking (even i didnt park). Make sure before you live they didnt charge you for parking.
Beverly hills is crowded area its really hard to find parking place! Parking should be free!

Clean hotel with views, in a great location. I would prefer ventilation and more towel holders at the bathroom. Vallet at $51 maybe is a little too much but is fast. I would stay again!

One of the best hotels in LA. Close to Beverly Hill Rodeo Drive. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Easy to commute to other neighborhoods. Room is big and clean!

I thought the staff was nice, but inconsistent. On one hand they calmly handled a customer who was ranting about how he expected better service because he was rich (He very pointedly mentioned his $2,000 hat He threw such a fit. I'm telling you watching him felt like I was on the set of an over the top comedy!). On the other hand trying to get towels, wash cloths each day from them was like pulling teeth. We knew there was to be no daily cleaning but even after day 3 we didn't get our rooms cleaned. Someone finally told us they don't do cleaning at all on Sundays? The cleaning staff is off that day I guess. Understandable but somebody should make that clear ahead of time. The rooms weren't super clean to begin with. One day they were nicely offering cold bottles of water on our way out the next day when we asked for some we had to pay for them. The experience wasn't great or terrible. Honestly, if you're charging full price for a room and not doing daily cleaning why be chintzy about a couple of ¢25 bottles of water?
