We showed up right when they opened with our child who had been vomiting everything for 36 hours. There were no other patients there and instead of taking him in the front desk associate took 15min to explain that they “decided” to only take current patients. There was no such messaging on their Google business page or website.
There were no patients there at all and they still refused to take our child. By the time we left, 25min after they opened finally ONE appointment came in.
They absolutely could have seen us and saved our child the extra suffering, but chose not to. Would not recommend!
