I come here regularly, but the scheduling and lack of direction has greatly frustrated me. First I come in for a treatment only to find out they can’t perform it because I’ve been using retinol and no one told me to stop. So I rescheduled for two weeks later but they let me know that if I was free to come in a week later to call as they had an appointment free. I called when I got home and saw I was free and they said I was all set to come in a week later. I show up today for my appointment and they tell me they have me on the calendar for the following week and can’t see me. At that point i just cancelled the appointment and walked out I was so angry. Will be looking for somewhere else to go. It’s a shame because I like the people performing the services.

I had a great Clear + Brilliant treatment here last week and I had actually been thinking about becoming a member. There is only one reason why I decided against it: lack of staff responsiveness. It took me two calls/voicemails before I was able to book my appointment. After my treatment, I actually wanted a hormone panel and the women told me she would email me with the information. No email. So I texted the number that the staff told me to text after I told them it was impossible to get through. Did that last week and still no response. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to chase down the staff here to get an appointment and for follow ups so I don't be going back (sadly).

Yoko always does an amazing job & takes care to make sure that I am getting what I want in terms of shape / symmetry / fullness when it comes to my lip filler! This was my 2nd time coming to her & I am so happy with my results both times?

Lauren has a talented eye with natural results that make you look refreshed, not over done. She's gentle, charismatic and really takes your requests to heart! Great experience!

This spa exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived the front desk staff could not be more warm, inviting and helpful, to when I checked out. Evie who did my procedure was an absolute joy and an expert in her field. So kind and talented! Won't consider going anywhere else from now on.

I’m not normally the one to leave a bad review, but I’ve had such stressful time with these people. I come in spend $500 and they make it impossible to get a Dr note. I work in the medical field myself, it’s not that complicated. At this point I feel like they were just there to take my money and necessarily help. I’d like to get more into detail, but it just seems petty. Overall my experience was stressful and will be going elsewhere for my further treatment.

Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center - Los Angeles service. Came 30 minutes early and they got me into a room 10 minutes after I arrived. Completed my procedure (v-beam) laser in 2 minutes, made a follow up appointment, and left. All in less than 20 minutes!

Wonderful time getting a clear and brilliant here! The RN Ebbie did a wonderful and thorough job going over all my face and areas I told her I have issues I wanted to target. Super nice staff and looking forward to more services from BHRC clinics!

I went to their Hormone Center for an evaluation. ;. Was considering treatment. I decided to find another clinic after meeting the "Advisor" what a "bloviator. " I needed to take a shower afterward. Well the scam didn't end there. Seven months later I saw they have processed nearly $3500 in blood test fees to my insurance carrier. Perhaps ever worse they received nearly all of it. I only wish I could give a rating below one star. BEWARE!

For a better experience use the provided ear plugs with Mack's Silicone Ear plugs on top.silence and a water tight seal make for the best worry free experience!
