Dr. Dugar was beyond amazing. I researched him for months and decided I wanted him as my doctor. I had complete trust in his expertise and vision for what I asked for and he delivered. His staff were also amazing before, during, and after surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Dugar for a scarless rhinoplasty, he will not disappoint. He's an absolute professional and rockstar in this industry.

I had surgery last week, my cast was off 2 days ago and I’m blown away with the result. During the initial consultation I immediately liked Dr. Dugar conservative approach. He showed me how my nose could look like and explained the result could be even better depending on my anatomy during surgery. This is not open rhinoplasty where they reconstruct your nose and tell you exactly how it will look like, but I’ve seen the work he does and I trusted him. I see other doctors doing the same nose on all the patients and I wanted a nose that is unique to my face. My nose turned out incredible, exceeded my expectations, it’s natural and beautiful. Dr. Dugar is truly talented!
The recovery was quick, I’m 8 days post op and bruising is gone. His entire stuff is phenomenal. Every single person has been so nice and professional. Highly recommend!

I can’t stress enough how lucky I was to find Dr. Dugar and his amazing team in my search for the right doctor to do my nose. I actually didn't end up having surgery with Dr. Dugar and went with someone local to where I live. However, I still wanted to say thank you for such a great experience. The office is super professional and organized, with all of the information ready to go, and scheduling could not be easier. I also really appreciated Dr. Dugar's demeanor and attitude. Despite being there for a rhinoplasty, he was able to see the positive qualities of the nose I already had, and really listened to what I wanted. I'm happy I got to have that experience, even though I decided against traveling, because it informed what a good experience with a surgeon is supposed to look like.

I went to Dr. Dugar for my rhinoplasty a little over a year ago, and it was honestly the best decision of my life. Him and his team made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing, and took such good care of me. I was scared to go into the procedure because I thought the aftermath was going to be painful, but it didn’t hurt at all! I just felt a bit of pressure in my nose for maybe 10 minutes of the day and one tylenol fixed that. My nose turned out so incredibly perfect and I am still so amazed by the results. It made me so much more confident and the best part is that it looks natural. I really couldn’t have asked for a better doctor and a better experience throughout this whole thing. I am so thankful.

I am officially 6 weeks post op and I could not be happier! With this being such a huge, lie changing decision, having someone that you trust and are comfortable with is so important. I honestly have never met a doctor as honest, genuine, and understanding than Dr. Dugar. He took of care of me and did exactly what I wanted to my nose. I did not even want much of a difference, and he knew that before going into my surgery because of now nervous I was. He's called me after surgery personally to make sure I'm okay, and he had as many consults as I wanted before going into the surgery. He is a doctor with AMAZING morals and values and I think he is the most admirable man. I hope to one day find another doctor like him. I can’t give Dr. Dugar enough praise. Living in LA, plastic surgeons are a dime a dozen. Making that decision to get a rhinoplasty was not easy considering of how saturated the industry is and ultimately it’s your face! Having gone to a hefty amount of consults, I knew Dr. Dugar was the best doctor! Rhinoplasty being one of the most complex plastic surgeries, he really is the best. His approach is super natural which is what my goal was to achieve. My nose wasn’t terrible so I knew I needed someone to really see and envision my vision in my head. The staff, the service, the surgery itself was super easy and I’m so so happy I went through with my surgery with Dr. Dugar. He is an expert and amazing surgeon! Thank you for taking the best care of me. I am beyond happy with my results.

Ok, i'ts official. I'm almost 3 weeks post-op from closed scarless rhinoplasty with Dr. Dugar and I have to say I am thrilled. My results are beautiful and I still have so much time before I see the full and final results. He fixed my droopy nasal tip and narrowed the nasal bones of my bridge to look more refined. I had convinced (deluded myself) into thinking that I needed and alarplasty, but he reassured me that this was NOT necessary and that alar reduction would actually impair my breathing. He also did a minor septoplasty and my breathing has never been better. My constant post nasal drip and sinus crud is gone! The preop and postop care was spectacular and his staff is very courteous and professional. My only point for improvement is that I felt some of the post op visits were a bit rushed which is understandable due to busy clinic, but otherwise it was a positive experience. From one physician to another, thank you Dr. Dugar for my beautiful nose and giving me the confidence I've lacked for so many years!

Disappointed in my consult assessment. I have obviously broken/ torn nasal tip cartilage after an injury that has made it uncomfortable in daily living and was told I have a great nose and don't need revision. After viewing the pictures on the website I know this doctor has the skills to help but chooses not to.

The Nose of my DREAMS

I have dreamt of this moment for so long. I can't seem to collect the right words to write this review! I have wanted to get a nose job for more than half my life span but would never go forward with it because of the recovery and riskiness always sounding more daunting than the light at the end of the tunnel. I put it aside for some years, until recently when I stumbled upon Dr. Dugar's social platform and felt naturally compelled to book a consultation. A month later I was on the operating table.

Everything from the consultation, to booking, to the BIG DAY, was a great experience. Oh, and it was true. PAINLESS. What?
All of his staff are in the most authentic way WONDERFUL PEOPLE. What I appreciated most about the consultation was how assured I was if I needed to ask more questions, or had any concerns. This is so important. I feel of all cosmetic procedures, the nose is such a delicacy. It's our identity.

Today was 7 days post op. Just when I thought I could make what my nose looked like under the cast, I was BLOWN AWAY. The man's work is divine. The passion, the dedication, the honesty, the skill.is truly delivered at the end. And I am just so grateful. To know it will just get better and better going forward, I am just in bliss. Dr. Dugar and his entire team are the best! I saw a few Drs before deciding and I'm so glad I went with him! Dr Dugar knew exactly the result I was expecting, and he did an amazing job! It was the best experience I've ever had. If I had known that the recovery would be so smooth I would have done it sooner. I was always very afraid of needles, just to draw blood for the exams before the surgery I was already afraid, let alone the surgery itself.but it was great! In a matter of a week I was already without the cast.my nose turned out better than I imagined, without words to express my gratitude.

Several years ago I had a consultation with a South Florida plastic surgeon for rhinoplasty. His results looked very cookie cutter. That look wasn’t for me, so I put the idea on the backburner. Last fall, I decided to look into options again. I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Dugar that went very well. I scheduled surgery several months out in case I decided to change my mind. I’d lived with my nose that had been broken and bumpy for well over a decade, so I wasn’t in a rush. Looking back, I should have scheduled it for the next week!

The procedure was so easy and painless! After surgery, I took ½ of a pain pill, but that was mostly to sleep. No other pain medication or over the counter drugs were necessary. I went on with my normal activities and was working remotely the day after surgery. I even went shopping on Rodeo Drive, nose cast and all. (An aside: if there is ever a place to go out in public with visible plastic surgery bandages, it is Beverly Hills). I had very little bruising and swelling and what bruising I did have was gone by my one week follow up. I am so pleased with the results! Dr. Dugar is an artist. I was looking for very subtle changes. I still wanted to look like myself and Dr. Dugar delivered.

Dr. Dugar and his staff were incredibly easy to work with and made the process simple. I flew in from out of state, and Lisa made scheduling and coordinating with a nursing service very easy. I would especially like to thank Emily in post op care. She was exceptionally kind and helpful. Again, thank you to Dr. Dugar and his staff. I love my new nose!

Where do I even begin? Working with Dr. Deepak Dugar has been one of the best decisions and experiences of my life.
I have always wanted to get my nose done but I never wanted to get plastic surgery (I am very "anti plastic surgery and believe in being natural). Dr. Dugars minimally invasive and natural approach was very appealing to me.
I went in and did it and the ENTIRE PROCESS (from booking with Lisa until the very end) has been absolutely WONDERFUL. The girls that work at his side in the office are so kind, smart, sweet and powerful girls.

Dr. Dugar took care of me and my needs literally every second I was in interaction with him and his team. I was OVERJOYED and felt BEYOND safe. He did not give me any space to doubt his abilities, my safety and this process. On top of all of this, he completely followed through and did an AMAZING JOB on my nose with DETAILED expertise. While in surgery, he found that my synechiae was attached to my septum (not good for breathing) so he cut it for me during surgery. This "small manoeuver" that he did NOT need to perform (since I was only there for cosmetic reasons), has DRASTICALLY changed my breathing and I didnt even realize I was capable of breathing so much better. Not only did he help me with my cosmetic appearance but he actually helped me with the anatomy of my nose (when he could have easily ignored it to make his life easier). I deeply appreciate how he cared to make this change in my nose while I was in surgery.

Dr. Dugar is truly a beautiful kind and CARING man. His energy as a human being is PERFECT. I had consults with other surgeons (Dr. Ghavami for example) and with no disrespect to them- they did not give off the same safe, clean vibe that Dr. Dugar NATURALLY has. This man is SERIOUS about being professional, he is SERIOUS about doing a good job and is SERIOUS about delivering amazing results safely. It is obvious that he KNOWS his power, he believes in the strength of his team and he KNOWS that what he is offering is the BEST out there. He is GENUINE and is someone you WANT to touch your face/re design your nose. I wish he specialized in other surgeries so that I could just continue to work with him. This man is 10/10 and beyond.

After surgery, Lisa was amazing at following up and checking in to make sure everything was okay. I was able to text her anytime from my phone and she replied within 5 minutes, if not instantly. I am still able to message her for any needs I have today.
I was extremely paranoid going into this (very unusually paranoid) and this incredible team literally re assured me every single step of the way.

Dr. Del Ciancio is also an amazing anesthesiologist. He was very comforting, reassuring. Dr Dugar and Del Ciancio make a great team and they really know what they are doing to say the least.

I am GRATEFUL for this experience. I LOVE Dr. Dugar. He is such An amazing soul, truly. And I AM SO grateful I decided to go ahead with him. This was NOT an easy choice for me to make (because I am so anti- plastic surgery) but he has completely changed my belief system about it.

I never write reviews. I had to for this. I beyond recommend. I don't think there are many top tier surgery centers that will provide you with this type of flawless experience, if any at all. I truly believe this if you have found Dr. Dugar, you have found a special person and a special operation. You will be THRILLED with your results, and this entire experience will UPLIFT you!
