I've had a mailbox here for the last 5 years. Michael and his small team are fantastic and do a great job with the extremely busy and high volume area they are in. Feel the negative reviews are a little ODD, and seems to be someone who is not local to the lovely scent of LosAngeles. This is a great establishment. For example, in start of pandemic he gave my family and others masks, gloves and lots of Lysol to make sure we were safe. Also they have an incredible drink selection.
I have have spent hundreds of dollars here in the past, shipping packages out of state and crosss country, and renting a PO Box for 6 months. I always considered the ownerr of this place to be a nice guy. I would even say acquaintances.have each-others cell phones numbers and
texting each other about interior design, helping him sell some crazy Royal bed frame last year.
So U can imagine, when he said NO that he wasn’t “THAT kinda place”… to print out 1 page (BLACK&WHITE return label) was absurd! I was going to pay him $. 20 cents for the paper and ink … gosh what a frugal man… never coming back here again.because of that, I had to drive around to 3 different places just to print a shipping label.
This is one of the best business and people I know in Beverly hills with its clean and impeccable services The owner is a good friend and he cares about everyone. I love you Michael and Thank you very much.
