Beverly Plaza Apartments, Long Beach CA

AC has been broken since we moved in. I opened a maintenance ticket but the service is slow. I have been calling but it is still not fixed.

The dumpster next to my apartment is overflowing and stinks. I have reported that to the administration. It should be cleaned regularly.

Very high rent, mediocre apartments and parking is a nightmare.
Stay away if you don't want to waste 20-30mins everyday looking for parking. Wish I could give 0 rating.

I had the worst experience living here. First they asked us to move to the different building because they started some construction work in beverly plaza and we had to move with a 1 yr old baby and they raised our rent $200+
I feel the management has racism attitude towards people too since during the same time, the management did kept the rent same for a white lady but unfortunately not for us.

There has been evidence of gun shooting happened couple of months back in this community too to which the community and management people stayed quiet for the whole time. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to consider park avenue or beverly plaza apartment community if you are planning to move to Long Beach.
This community takes crazy rent with poor service, where your life is at risk and if you are not white, you will experience racism.

Very poor maintenance service. Even after raising concerns multiple times, they never reverted and solved the issue. It might take weeks together for them to solve it. After paying such huge price on rents, the service we received from Beverly Plaza apartments is highly dissatisfactory.

ZERO STARS.one of the worst, most expensive, dirty, and overhyped apartment complexes in long beach.the management is absolutely incompetent and refuses to work with their tenants on their needs while living on the property.the move out inspection was a nightmare.our inspector never showed up during our scheduled visit until we were about to leave, and didn’t tell us any information.we called the office many times requesting our inspector to arrive during our scheduled visit and they refused to help us with our problems.we were charged an incredible amount outside of our deposit for no reason which was incredibly disappointing.we had difficult experiences with andre and dorothy who work in the office and my tenants and i are glad we no longer live there.the apartments are infested with cockroaches and other bugs, which don’t go away even with pest control spraying the apartment.there have been many occasions where strangers (people who are homeless, visibly drunk people, etc.) would knock on our doors in the middle of the night making us fear for our safety.security is a joke, they are only useful for noise complaints throughout the property, not for our safety.i will be providing feedback to corporate so nobody has to go through this experience again.i hope new people are hired to work in the leasing office; people who truly care about the tenants on the property and work to help meet their needs.
