New store format is terrible. Much more labor intensive to check out. Staff is inattentive. Clerk overloaded my box which then broke.

Nice selection of products, friendly staff.

Update after a couple of visits: The quality (friendliness, being knowledgeable) of the staff varies a lot.

Very very disappointed with the customer service and no one is helping to find the items. They don’t have a minimum responsibility to take care of their customers. I request the management plz tell ur staff to help the customers.

Bevmo has teamed up to have your goods delivered by yours truly You cant go wrong when ur stuck in a hotel and need snacks or get all the way home to find that you only have one beverage in your fridge, this particular BevMo has an awsome friendly staff and makes sure you leave with a smile

Great place to shop beverages, large selection and with the free membership the prices are really good

Guy behind the counter was very nice but I was overcharged for my tequila and when I said something he didn't believe me he had to go to look for himself and he saw that the tequila was on sale and gave me that price after I insisted.but a few days later my friend went to go get another bottle of tequila and again the same situation occurred. Unfortunately she got charged the higher price and didn't even get the tequila she wanted in the first place. You'd think his memory would have kicked in from my visit.guess not.

Always have a good experience here. Staff are helpful and friendly even on busy days. Parking situation can be a bit crazy when it's busy but even on Christmas Eve and NYE I was able to get a spot. If not, there is parking at the San Antonio shopping center.

Staff is friendly and helpful, of course they sell alcohol so why wouldn't they be friendly and helpful!

Very clean, cool, large store that has expanded its offerings from just alcohol. There's a new feeling of stepping into a grocery store so that food and alcohol now go hand in hand. They thought of everything here so you have no reason to stop at the grocery store on your way home with your giant liquor stash. Even laundry soap, gift bags and cards finalize this place as a one-stop shopping place.

The staff is super friendly and are very accommodating. The most I can say against this store is I wish they carried Rieme Sparkling Apple Cider

Super nice and helpful staff. I don't drink often but one staff member helped me pick out the perfect liquor for making ice cream. She didn't make me feel dumb. Lol
