The customer service I received from Aman was exceptionally outstanding. I called Bhindi and spoke to Aman expressing my interest in a Rolex blue two-tone Submariner (or Bluesy). Aman was very kind, honest and sincere when communicating with me. She told me that she will probably receive the watch in their next shipment. She told me to either call back in approximately 2 weeks or she would give me a call if she receives the watch. I called Aman again 2 weeks later, and she told me that the watch was available for pick up! When I was at the store to purchase the watch, Aman was very kind, friendly and hospitable. She is very knowledgeable about luxury watches and she kindly shared her knowledge with me. Throughout the purchasing process, she made sure that I was comfortable, answered all my questions, and made sure all my needs were taken care of. I have been enjoying and wearing my Bluesy almost everyday, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Aman was a such pleasure to work with, and I very highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a luxury watch. Thank you, Aman and Bhindi Jewelers. I will be returning soon.

I started shopping at Bhindi a little over a year ago. This is a family owned business and everyone there has been amazing. CK has been my Sales Associate and he has been a pleasure to work with. The store is absolutely beautiful inside, and they have an amazing selection of watches. Everyone on the staff that I have talked to there is extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, and passionate about what they do. I really enjoy my time there when just browsing, or talking watches with CK or the other associates. I would highly suggest Bhindi to anyone looking for a special piece of jewelry or luxury timepiece. They have also done a great job adapting their store for in person visits during the pandemic.

Two times I purchased from Bhindi Jewelery while taking time very positive response from staff about their gold. September I bought one chain about $750, last week i saw tiny piece of gold peeled from one gold ball then i went that store and informed to them, asked about exchange, they put only $370 for that chain. I felt very bad I won’t recommend that store anymore

I happen to stop by and got the chance to speak with the owner. Simply, a pleasant and wonderful experience. I felt very welcomed. They have a huge selection of jewelry and watches that will please anyone. Highly recommend!

I have been buying from them for a couple of years now. They are honestly, the only jewelers I trust in Southern California. Their prices are decent and they will work with you. You get a certificate for your jewelry and the machining of the designs are very intricate. You won’t be able to find machining like that easy and I have been across the US.
