I have never been here longer than 1 1/2 hrs-2hrs. Idk maybe the OTR loads have to go thru verification since it's a pricey load, Which could take awhile since it has to go to the broker and then they contact the customer? I'm a local driver, I come here 2-3 times a week usually, And have rail containers loaded to be dropped at the rail yard. But it's weird seeing comments of taking so long. I have been coming here for a couple years and I think one or two times I was here for like 2 1/2 hrs. Anyway I have nothing bad to say about this company. The employees are great, and has always been quick for me. It has to be something to do with OTR loads.
