My husband and I went here to look for a 10 year anniversary ring. We dealt with Keith and not only was he incredibly pleasant to work with and funny, we gave him our budget out the door and he worked with us to find something that I loved that didn’t break our budget. Which was exceptional because I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to spend on it. I highly recommend this location.

Can't say enough about Keith & Chalo! They are fantastic and wonderful to work with. They provide an excellent inventory of jewelry, with prices that are competitive with any other jeweler. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchases and will definitely be shopping with them for quite a while!

These guys are awesome! And prices are very reasonable. Keith and Stephan helped resize/restring my wife's pearl necklace and add a new clasp to it. I was a little down on my luck after talking with a few different jewelry stores that couldn't make it happen. But I spoke on phone with Keith and he assured me that Bianca's could do it! So I brought it in and Stephan was very detailed and thorough in taking measurements and getting all the details taken down because I wanted a very specific length. I was a bit concerned because my wife wasn't there for the process. The necklace was ready a few days ahead of schedule and it fits my wife perfectly! We are pumped up! Keith even helped me look at ear ring options for our extra pearls and put together a quick ball park quote for me. These guys are the real deal. No high pressure sales tactics and they deliver the results!

Stopped by to replace/fix the clasp on my necklace. Stephen took care of me and with a few minutes had my necklace fixed for free since it was an easy task. Will definitely come here for my other jewelry needs

I stopped in to see if they could clean my ring. They cleaned it super quick and didn’t even charge me. Amazing customer service considering I have never purchased anything from them before. I will definitely be going back for future jewelry purchases.

I stopped in Bianca's to get a written quote to replace a diamond that my wife lost on her engagement ring just to the side of her middle diamond. Not being familiar with Bianca's, I needed full details of the diamond so I could shop other jewelry stores to compare apples to apples. Keith, who's one of the owners, was very happy to assist me. He did not try to sell me on his diamonds or service, but instead he provided me with the service I requested. But after meeting him, I found that I really liked him and wanted to give him my business. While he was writing up my quote, I went online to ebay and other sites to check his pricing and found he was being more than fair. I decided to up-grade the lost stone to a larger VS diamond, so I purchased two that got mounted on each side of the center 1.5 karat diamond, and the one smaller diamond he mounted on another band for me to give to my granddaughter - free of charge. Who does that? Bianca Fine Jewelry did! He simply said he wanted to earn my future business. And guess what? He earned it. Not only has he earned it, I'm going to tell all my friends about Bianca's. So if you need a good honest jeweler, you need to look no further.

Nothing but good things to say. Chalo was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me in this process. Chalo has a vast amount of knowledge in the diamond industry and he took his time to really educate me on everything, which gave context to the decision I was about to make and made it easier for me. The one thing that I liked was that he put zero pressure on me to make a decision, he gave me the facts and was very neutral about everything and let me come to my own conclusion. We have nothing but praise for Bianca's Fine Jewelry. Chalo took an idea and a pile of family jewelry and created an heirloom from scratch. After my mom passed away, my husband decided that we should create a ring for me with her stones. Little did I know that Chalo would be able to create that heirloom not only with my mom's stones but that he could incorporate my grandmothers' stones and my great-grandmothers' stones as well. After working with my husband 's concept, Chalo created a Cad design, a wax ring and then the final product. When I saw the ring for the first time I was brought to tears. It is the most beautiful ring that honors 4 generations of women on both sides of our family. Chalo and Keith are amazing and we willl definitely back. Thank you for making our dream come true!
