I had a rear tire blow out after only 35 miles on my tire. The guys took care of me by replacing my tire with a brand new one. They put customer service ahead of all else which is rare these days. I plan on continuing my bike purchases here. Thanks guys

We took our son (5yrs old) in to get him a bike and Frankie helped us. He was amazing he put our son’s mind at ease let him try out the bikes and showed him how to install the bell and projected tons of belief. Our son is very excited about taking his new bike for a ride.

If you’re looking to buy a new bike or just want some more info on any of the cool new bikes riding around town the Bicycle warehouse is definitely the place for you. These guys are absolutely amazing at helping you pick the bike that is PERFECT! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and will get you out the door fast with everything you need! You can even test ride their bikes to be sure you love it before buying. Financing is also available which is incredible, you know those e-bikes can be pretty costly but now at the bike warehouse everyone has their chance to ride the bike of their dreams!

Today;

I was in a rush, but called the store and told a guy named Lance my needs. I said I needed a bike that was comfy, would last a long time and could have attachments to drive my 15 month old son around with me.

He suggested one over the phone and I saw it on their website. I liked it a lot and I asked Lance to have it ready when I got there. He pulled it down, aired it up and had the waiver ready for me to sign by the time I got there.

Again, I was in a real hurry. And his help and suggestions for me rolling with time to spare.

He even helped me load the bike in my 4Runner!

Gabriel not only provided excellent customer service but took the time to teach my daughter and I how to change her tire. Great community business!

Lance was very helpful in teaching me how to properly mount a tube in my road bike that I use to commute for work. Thanks to his help, I can make it back from work without having to worry about popping my tire again from a bad alignment.
