This place is awesome! Matt was an amazing help when it came to looking for my bike his customer service was above and beyond! So if you’re looking for someone that care for what you actually buy and is knowledgeable about bikes go see Matt!

We went to another bicycle shop and recieved horrible customer service, we then went to Bicycle Warehouse in Escondido and had the most pleasant buying experience we have ever had. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and downright awesome. Matt assisted us and even though we took a long time he was patient and helpful throughout. We thought we were going to get just one bike, but ended up up getting three because of their sheer willingness to take the time to make us feel comfortable with what we wanted. They didnt pressure us into buying. We will go back when we want to upgrade, and will continue to go back for anything bicycle related. Dont waste your time at other places, go here and save your sanity.

Friendly staff, rly helpful with any questions I had. Gear and Bikes available. Wasn’t any music playing at first so it was awkwardly quiet. Tunes were soon put on though. I recommend checking them out for both repairs and sales.

Great experience! Jeff was awesome and patient with me, which I appreciated. I haven't owned a bike since I was about 12 years old and have been in search of one for the last few years. Every store I visited the staff had little patience since I knew little about the bike world, which I found off putting. Finally at the age of 53 I own a bike. Thanks for your patience Jeff.

Great group of guys that were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went to 3 different bike shops and they were able to get me set on a new Giant.

A while ago me and my friends were biking and 2 of them got a flat and we took our bikes here, and then after that I got a flat. The staff here are very helpful and kind. Definitely will come back

I went into bicycle warehouse after visiting quite a few shops. They had the perfect selection of women’s bicycles and the sales associate Richard was super helpful. Not only did he get me into the right bike but he made sure I understood why the bike was right for me. He gave me lots of options and for any future purchases I will be coming here.

GREAT PLACE! Went there to get my derailleurs fix. Richard took it in the back.in ten minutes he had it fixed good as new. Even took the time to explain it to me.best place in town. JUST GO THERE you will not regret it.

Not only do they have a good selection, but they have Zack/Zach/Zac/Zak. Last week, my bike choice had a failed pedal. He was ready and let me know we could ship it out for a fixin. I ended up choosing a different bike entirely, with his help and professional opinion as well as his patience. Thank you, man. Still stoked and thankful for the shop to bring my bike needs to life! Here on vacation from Ohio, got a flat and the tires are very hard to get off the carbon wheels. Mike not only repaired the flat, he gave me a great suggestion to get lunch while I was waiting. He also gave me some great ideas of things to do in town, Great service, nice guy!

I recently took my bike in for repairs. One item was overlooked and I had to return it. Mike was very concerned and apologized for the oversight. They not only repaired my bike to perfection they paid for the parts and labor for my inconvenience. That my friends is "REAL" service. Thanks!

Came in and talked to Mike H. He was super informative I got the bliss and the talon from him and a set of helmets for my husband and I. We were assisted without pressure despite a packed store! Definitely would ask for Mike if I were shopping again.

These guys were good and professional. Don't let the prices scare ya.quality comes with a price. Originally bought my bike from them then had the forks and rear shocks rebuilt. It was done in a week and I was back on 2 the following weekend.

Working with Ryan to get our two old mountain bikes back up to speed was an excellent experience. He also really worked with us to get a couple of new bikes so that the whole family is now on great bikes! Highly recommend the staff especially Ryan and the store. Great little shop.

Bought a mountain bike from Jesse at the San Marcos store last year.a couple weeks ago i was out riding and a part of the frame broke. Jesse had me bring the bike in so they could look at it.he contacted Giant and got a replacement frame within a few days.he made sure everything was taken care of and i was back on my bike as quickly as possible.thank you Jesse

The customer service at Bicycle Warehouse Escondido absolutely surpasses any other shop in the area. I bought my newest mountain bike here about 6 months ago, and in that time I also bought a new fork, wheelset, dropper seatpost, etc.from them, as well had my bike serviced (I ride A LOT). The manager Jesse is very knowledgeable and has always taken really good care of me - and most importantly, my bike.

All serious riders need a go-to bike shop - Bicycle Warehouse Escondido is mine.
