Update/Warning: i ramble and have mispelt words in this reveiw.but im bit gonna rewrite this reveiw.i voice texted it right after my last interaction a few months ago. So I buy from this place often and I had won an auction and spent like $65 trying to get a lamp and I want it so the next day I had a family emergency and had to leave town for almost 5 days making it 6 days before I could get back to pick up the item it makes it hard because they don't let you pick it up everyday just certain days so if you are busy on the days that they do the pickup it's difficult because you risk not being able to get it this time however I called and asked them if they still have the item for me to pick up. They said they did so I decided to make the truck over and pick up my item before I lost it and they relist it unfortunately after dealing with traffic and barely making it there on time I was told that they had already relisted it that morning which was irritating because he had just told me on the phone about 45 minutes before that but they had it there for me and that I could come get it it made it even worse because I put off my mom who had been dying to see me so that I could pick it up knowing that it was my only chance to get it and now I have to drive all the way back and it's too late to visit my mom today but that's my own fault it does say on the website that there's no refunds whatsoever and if you don't pick it up in the loud time you'll lose your item the thing that picks me off is that when I called I was told that they did have it and the fact that they had just relisted was the one thing that kept me from being able to pick it up I feel as if they should have just given it to me since they said I could come get it well oh well my own fault and I'm not the money but I probably won't be using this website anymore as long as they have the no refund policy and only certain days it makes it very difficult up until then I really enjoyed using this website so if time isn't an problem for you then you should go ahead and use it

Great place! I've been buying for over a year now from BidBelow. They are friendly and will work with you if you have any issues on an item or need to pickup an item on off hours or an extra day to pickup!

Terrible auction. They put out incomplete items that can't be used. They do not respond to messages with problems. I do not recommend working with them

I have been bidding on this site for over a year. I have found some really great buys. The staff is super nice and friendly. The hours to pick up the items is clearly posted and when I got close to the deadline, they sent out a friendly reminder. I look forward to Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays to see what they have.

Where do i start this place is a joke.they steal your money and your items multiple times refused to give items after i paid for them.only open 12hrs per week random hrs! Constantly changing so no normal person can ever make it.always get some random excuse not to give me my items stole over 1k from me plus my time wasted trying to get my items stay away! Calling bank to to file fraud took my money and no items they resell them over and over.thieves! I am not a competitor i am a customer who you paid for my items and then when i went to pick them up was told items where relisted because you where closed on the 5th day multiple times no refund just resold my winning items and kept my money keep telling yourself your a honest business

I like bidding with them. Only issue is they only give you 5 days for pick up and the timeframes don't work my schedule. They are on other side of town from where I live and they only have Tues/Thurs 1-6pm and NOW Saturday is from 12pm to 5pm (the only one day I can pick up), don't want to spend my Saturday picking up items during that time, like to get in early like they had at 10am so I can enjoy my day or travel somewhere on my day off. Disappointed. Hopefully I can still have friends pick up in during week that live by there, going to have to look for new place to bid. Bummed.
