Limited supply of available products, but we went on a Friday sooooo.that's probably good reason why since they start new merchandise sales on Tuesdays!

Most of the things are store returns priced by the day you shop.

Their bidding site is AOK and I enjoy their concept stores as well.

Do not bid on furniture sight unseen, they dont take detail pictures at all, furniture I bid was damaged and had tears all over one side, not the side they showed in picture. Not disappointed but deceived!

To much of it is unusable. A wasted dollar here and there was fun until lots of items became complete garbage l mean lots. After several orders l feel they were taking advantage and treating me (well everyone) like we are idiots. We like the thrill of the game, bids, treasures, and suprises but not at that cost. The items you get are broken, missing or poorly named and they make money and that includes paying the premium fees they charge us to use their site. I and many of my friends find it hard to beleave they are still in business. We have noticed the other stores in Stockton and Modesto do not have blurred pictures and are more clear on descriptions than Tracy and have not seen or bought damaged items from there. Maybe it's just the Tracy facility.
For example in a months time l bought 3 separate items 1st as a bug catch for front of truck, it was missing parts so trash basically but not so fast the next week l bought mixed lot and guess what l swa a part for bug catch l was missing but still missing more, then the following wk l got a description said tool belt item and guess what that was the last part needed to have complete bug catch for truck (minus attachment screws, parts to install), that you still needed to buy if you can find them elsewhere. So be careful what you buy and how much your willing to lose to play the bidding game in Tracy.
Staff however beside manager are great, very nice and courteous and helpful when allowed to do so.so l hope to see a differant quality of products and better described as its name and made aware when buying damaged stuff. A curtain rod with both ends broke is no longer that it becomes a broken metal rod so call it that.

I just want to thank Dave at the Tracy location for allowing me to work for this company. Going to work every day is easy when you enjoy the job and the people you work with. I have become an addictive customer as well. I love everything I have purchased so far.

Great items that change from week to week. Friendly staff, quality photo's. Great location easy to see from freeway.
