Don't waste your money coming here. Sold us a stove that barly even worked and when we went to return it they didn't even show up. Even though we had called the previous day and got told the people would be in. Don't waste your money guys go to Home Depot or any other place but here.

After an appliance repair that I paid $90 for service call to say it was not fixable which I totally understand, I was told if I purchased a dishwasher from him I was I would be credited with the $90. I was delivered a small used replacement the price was comparable to quote for full size one. Upon delivery I said no this is too small. They said talk to owner on Monday he would make it right, When I did he said use it until he could replace it in less than 2 weeks. Several calls it has been over 3 months. Because I have injured my knee and can not hardly walk this is an extreme need. This $600 is almost half of my disability income.but is something I need. Two weeks ago he promised to deliver dishwasher No show no call. Another week no show No call. Desperate I went out and purchased another dishwasher Refuses to return money for dishwasher I never received.

Happy with their service I needed my dryer cleaned out I had lint build up, he was very professional and affordable, would definitely use them again in the future

Was told fridge couldn't be fixed sold my wife an overpriced fridge wouldnt give us our money back even though fridge was still in the store and hadn't been delivered yet. Saw our old fridge up for sale a couple weeks later.

So for us the experience was outstanding. They arrived on time with a professional and courteous manner. A local small company definitely worth doing business with.

They checked our old washer and said the computer board was shot. Recommended a new one machine and offered a deal that was above and beyond anything we could've hoped for.
They delivered it the same day. They gave clear and concise details on its operation. A one year warranty was provided.

The service provided was awesome. They moved the old machine out, new machine in and a heavy piece of furniture had to be shifted 2-3 times.

I would recommend Bidwell Appliance to anyone wanting a great deal, compassionate service and reliable, professional caring technicians.
