Big 5 Sporting Goods - Van Nuys

Went in there and the cashier was very helpful. She took care of my exchanges. This place has a lot more shoes on sale compared to the stores in Los Angeles.

I like the rifle collection.

They were out of body boards but this small store has other products.

Pretty standard Big 5. Small medium parking lot but not at all full, maybe 6 cars. Went on a Wednesday evening and no lines.

I found the boost that they had and got the last 2 cans in the store.

I always find the things I need and if I don't they order it for me. Manager Marcus and his team are always very knowledgeable and helpful with the utmost courtesy! Best customer service. Highly recommend this Big 5.

Service was ok, I got in and out fairly quickly. Went to get a heavy bag though and was very disappointed at the only options available.

Went looking for water Sandals for my husband. They were all out of size 11. Therefore, I asked associate to see if he had any 11 floating around the store. Guess what he did he was a life saver.

I usually buy work boots at Big five sporting goods. I bought the tactical boots.
I also bought a Casio digital watch Wave ceptor on sale. Great buys.

Great service. The cashier took the time needed to help a wheelchair bound customer in front of us, very compassionate.

Good service even though busy. Stood in a single file line with about 6 people in front me but was able to check out in 3 to 4 minutes.

Everything I went for was in stock. There was a employee actually in the shoe department to help. The cashier was happy and friendly. My favorite been five of all times

I like this place because I find whatever I need and the employees are very nice, helpful and professional.

Worst place! Sales persons don’t have enough knowledge about their policies. No sense of talking to deal with people visit their place. A short lady working here needs to be trained for soft spoken skills. Totally unprofessional! Pathetic experience. Disappointed!

A great palette of diverse products. I have no idea how the Ruger Ranch Mini 14 went up to $859? How times have changed. For over a decade they use to ask $500 for it, and it was reliably $500. Still no Break Free CLP so settle for Hoppe's No. 9. So at least theirs something.
