It was a good experience I called to see if the had an item not only did thy have it the girl told me it was the last 1 and if I wanted to put it on hold very awsome plus let me use a coupon on a item that was on sell wen I got their big 5 is good

Fast and helpful customer service. Called looking for a Coleman lantern globe, and the worker put it up at the register, without asking, before my friend could pick it up.

Showed them a women's brown work boot that I liked but I needed a steel toe, I clearly stated steel toe, when he came back brought back a black boot with fur on it and only one in the box and no steel toe. Didn't even look like a work boot. No selection at all as website said.

Please shop Big5 for all sporting needs. I feel like Big5 is being overshadowed by bigger stores. The customer service at this location is excellent

Nice store, good selection. Workers were polite and offered assistance. They have lots of different outdoor and sports items.

I have rather large feet size 15. Most of the time I buy boots I have to ask the associate to check the back and 90% of the time they have them and the associates don't hesitate to look. Always very professional

You go here for all your camping needs as well as supporting needs they have what you're looking for stop by I keep going there cuz they got everything I'm looking for.

They make you wear a mask and make you buy one if you forget one.the manager was rude. I'm going down the street to the local gun store instead

They claim to have snowboarding jackets, I went there nothing, no ski or snowboarding anything, is it a sports store or a shoe store?

Since the new manager came that her name is Rashida (African-American) the store changed alot! She is so rude, impolite, has bad behavior, and never knows how to serve her customers.
I had been going there for a long time and knew everyone over there and also they knew me very well but when I met her for the first time and asked her to show me a knife, after a while that I have never heard anything from her and went back and came again then I asked “can I see the green knife? !) after ignoring me again for a long time, she glanced at me and said, “ you should say EXCUSE ME, can I see the green knife! ”
It was unbelievable for me!

Big 5 has horrible customer service. One day my son wanted to get a new basketball, so i took him. First of all when i went to get the basketballs they werent pumped and when i asked someone to give me a pump, they didnt have one. This just shows that they put no effort in in maintaining there products. I give this review a 1 star and I do not recommend this store.

I like going here for my outdoor needs such as running shoes and swimwear. They have a hassle free return or exchange policy as well. Great sales prices, along with helpful employees.

At the 5 Sporting Good had to gentleman help me get the right pair of shoes for my feet it was a great experience. I definitely will be going back to Big 5.

Went their to buy compression socks for my mom, and the lady at the front wasn't so welcoming. Although ' An employee named JAKE was very helpful. Thank God you have him to show me where the socks are instead of saying 'there at the shoe area. ' Jake saved the sale. Thank you.

This location is way better than the big 5 on manzanita. The customer service is much better. Also they have a lot of sales on different apparels. It seems like they care more here

Years ago I purchased guns and ammunition from this company. But when I have gone to the store, they have no selection of rifles or shot guns.

I live in a neighborhood with lots of degenerate low life scum. I was hoping to pick up a shot gun and some shells for personal protection, just in case.

Go to other store they do not have the shoes I want they always have them there at a good price highly recommend go check it out

The only thing I buy at Big 5 are shoes. I just picked up 2 pairs of sneakers for my man which he needed desperately cuz his other ones were embarrassing to look at and stinky too. He liked both pairs.
