Best experience ever. Sales rep, wish I got her name, was so helpful. She got on the highest step of a step ladder to get what we wanted. If it wasn't the right size, she was willing to go up again to get the right size. Excellent service. We will be back

This store nhas been our go to place for shoes for years.today my son was able to find the right work shoes at a great price, with helpful and quick staff.while we were there I left my phone on a shelf.as soon as I realized it I called the store and they went to look for it and found it right away.they held it at the register for me.thank you so much all the staff at Big Five in Victorville by the mall.

Went here for woman's sketchers shoes. They did not have any of the wide width in stock. My husband was able to get his shoes there though. The customer service was excellent. The cashier was friendly and professional. The shoe prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this store.

Love this place it's small and compact and they have a little bit of everything and the employees are very helpful and friendly

Very friendly staff, you are greeted as soon as you walk in. This is a smaller Big 5 so stock was limited. But good service is definitely in-stock.

Thanks for the service on 2/22/22. I came in to buy some cleats for my son, (he is happy) the cashier was nice and simply spoke to him and showed interest in his cleats. It's nothing but to my son it meant a lot because most people don't speak when we go to check out. He see this all the time. THANKS

Lots of amazing deals! People sleep on this place hard.i know they seem a bit pricey but they do a lot of sells and if your looking for something specific throughout the year its a great place to keep an eye on for sells.

This store is smaller than usual, but don't let that fool you. It's packed to the rim with just about everything you could ever need

Good customer service but very limited selection, better for entry level equipment. Equipment good enough to get you really interested in a new sport.

Went in to look at hats and weights they had both on sale pick up the hats but not weights should have couldn't find them anywhere else cheaper miss the sale my bad.

Came for some new work shoes young man pulled all the ones I like to see with no problem and help me find exactly what I was looking for

Ordered a couple of things online and had to return them. I had no trouble at all at this location the staff was helpful and I was able to find a replacement product for which I returned. Well stocked and not crowded as well.

Service was great. An associate found the fishing pole my husband was looking for and held it for him. When we arrived, she also found the reel he wanted.

Our little one just started playing tball and we were able to find all his gear at this location at a great price for it all.

Anytime we feel adventurous they always have what we need! Staff are always helpful, store always stocked. We went to look at kids kayaks today. Son his happy! I grabbed me a pair of skates while we were at it! Happy campers

This place has been around since I was a kid and it's good to see little stores can still make it even through covid. They don't have a lot of stock or inventory but they have some good stuff for sports and other hobbies that are physically actuated.

Best experience ever. Isaiah provided excellent customer service! So attentive and friendly. I watched him help so many people in the short time I was there! Big5 needs to give him a raise and promote him. Thank you Isaiah for being amazing on our search for cleats!
