Long time established in Burbank as all sporting goods stores come and go. Friendly staff and great variety and selection.

This place is cool because there's not that many other sporting goods stores left. Some of the workers are kinda grumpy but it's cool because ive seen the types of customers they get. It's understandable lol They have a lot of cool stuff there though. Definitely worth checking out.

Horrible customer service from the couple girls up front. Didn't have an advertised item and failed to help me find a replacement.

I feel like the store always feels over packed. The layout is confusing, and cluttered. The display doesn’t invite discovery. That aside, I know what I am looking for. And where to look. And Covid absolutely changed everything. Availability, choices, and prices are Not Big 5’s fault. And they still have the seasonal items, fishing, some camping, athletic equipment, boots, shoes, and clothing. And since every dollar counts, thank you for the coupons in the mail every week.

Prices are kayYy. Never have FootbaLL pants (usuaLLy onLy have youth sizes avaiLabLe). StaFF is FriendLy but when you ask them where something is they just point they never waLk you to it (been there over ten times in the past three months and yea. Just point. LoL).

This is biz looks like is going out of Business. They never have items advertised on their ads. Seems online is killing them

Great customer service! I needed to find a certain size. They had it! "Greg" was a big help trying to find me the size shoe I was looking. Great job

Ran into an issue with one the employees (Greg), tried getting a pair of steel toe working boots but he didn't know what it was, kept bringing out the wrong ones. Spent 45 minutes which should of taken at most 15 minutes!

Me and my wife have been buying Columbia shoes at this big sporting goods location, we usually ask an employee so it can be a quick in-n-out stop, well apparently Greg told us they didn't sell any. I decided to have a look and I found them right away on display. Big 5 is either not training their employees well or they are just hiring knuckleheads.

I came to this store location today on 11: 05 am to purchase ammo. Person who is responsible to sell ammo was not on a store. Another sale person told me that he will be soon. I was waiting about 20 minutes and finally Gabriel came. Ok I was patient and just wanted to get my ammo as I spent my time and drive to this store. When you purchase an ammo sales person should check your background. I have had all my document up to date and gave them to Gabriel to check. He said me in a couple of minutes that he forget a password to log in a application to check my background and without new password he can't sell me any ammo products. I waisted
my time and want to admit that Gabriel was not even try to apologize for this mess. It so rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this Big 5 location.

Came here on a livingsocial deal. Called a few hours before and managed to snag a reservation. The lesson went quickly and we were able to shoot about 6 rounds. It was a lot of fun, definitely a change of pace from what we usually do and very cool to learn something like that.

This place has the best shoe clearances on big name brands. My favorite is Nike, but since I am a very good looking pauper, I can't regularly afford those type of comfy, stylish shoes. They leveled up my casual shoe collection. Thanks Big 5!

I found what I was looking for! Friendly stuff and very courteous. Affordable prices! There are plenty of parking spots and dogs friendly. Your dog must behave and trained.

Thorough check on same size shoes being purchased.
