1. Do what you say you will do. If maps and other trusted sources indicate that you're open at 9am, be open at 9am. A note on the door saying 10am is too late.

2. Begin with the end in mind. If the business were going to fold, how would you want to be remembered? Surely not as a business that failed because they miscommunicated their open hours to customers.

3. Know the game you're playing and how to play it. You're a Sporting Goods store.this should come naturally. If you want to keep people coming to brick & mortar retail stores, give customers an in-person experience that surpasses the online experience. Good sporting goods store and it's open. Nice staff, cheap prices and plenty of choices.

It's a Big 5. Small store. Better selection and larger store at Pleasant Hill location. Merchandise is crowded

The staff here is great. They are super friendly and helpful. Always a quick experience here. The store is starting to seem a bit dated, but thats most big 5's. The location and convenience brought me in, but the staff is why I always return.
