This place has replaced fries for so many things. In a good way. Everyone's been very friendly and they usually have things in stock. The prices are great and it's easy to get to everything. Love this store.

Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Well stocked with plenty of staff on the floor to assist, if needed.

Went to buy some baseball jerseys for my husband. The jerseys were high on the wall, so the manager came over with a ladder to help me get the correct size I needed. Unfortunately, they only had a few in his size and color that he wanted. The manager was so sweet and continued to search all the racks for me, but no luck in finding a 3rd one. I was browsing the store, when all of a sudden, there she was with a perfect jersey. She had taken the time to go to the back and search the shelves for one. What a sweetheart! I'd shop there anytime with a manager like her who takes extra time out for the customers!

I asked a few questions about youths shoes. Received a few answers to and the person walked away. I helped myself from then on.

Wow very impressive store was super clean isle's were clean and clear of obstacles and merchandise.it was a pleasure to shop there employees were kind and asked me if all was well if I needed any assistance I ended up spending over a hundred dollars but well worth the experience.

Female with the short curly hair and glasses had no knowledge of anything that had to do with BIG5 sporting goods NONE WHAT SO EVER…On top of that she had an attitude

Poor customer service, lady wearing a different name, we got there and she ignoring Us, then we aks her for help because we ordered an item-then she didn’t look just said give me a second she continued doing what she was doing, eye contact very important, we ask her if that was her Name, Joseph because badge name was Joseph, she said in a mean way, no I don’t want nobody to know my name because I live around here, other guy helped us, but we was frustrated already, so sad people treat customers like that.

Great experience! Needed vollyball shoes (Asics) for my daughter at the last minute. I called and they had one pair in her size. The staff were kind enough to hold it for us. When we got there they helped her find and try on the correct size knee pads as well. The customer service was great, there was no line and the shoes and pads were reasonably priced.

Friendly staff and always have pretty good pricing. Went in to get my daughter a softball glove, but didn't really have much to choose from

Store wasn't that busy. Staff was very helpful and gave me time to look at products I was interested in. Purchased two items at a discount price.

One of the larger stores around good supply of inventory. Shelfs seemed stocked.my go to place.

I went to buy rollerblades and they didn't have any, only a few like two styles for kids only. But they did have a lot of good sales on shoes

I had the worst shopping experience today. One lady who were at the counter was not seemed happy with me and my wife's present at the store.

As I came to the store, I was looking at her face and she seemed uncomfortable with something and kept avoiding my eyes.

I picked a pair of short pants, and my wife picked a shirt and a cap for running. As we were standing a line there was a man before us. The lady at counter told us hysterically that that was not the line supposed to be formed. I was just standing a man behind who already were there and formed a line.
So, we moved to where she told us to form another line, and the lady asked how we wanted to pay. I replied "credit. " The line she asked to stand behind was line for cash customers. Therefore, we had to move to the other counter to pay. I did not say anything against her.
Finally, at the counter, she told me there was no price tag on my wife's hat and asked me to get the same hat with price tag really rudely. It sounded more like she ordered me bring another one. At that moment, she was not the only one who were working at the store. And the store was not busy at all. I saw another male employee was back.

I do not want to use the store again because there was no respect to their customers.

Went to look for a treadmill and they did not have displays. The guy showed me their inventory on a newspaper.the guy was really nice. I'm a former treadmill sales representative from Sears. It's sad that there is less and less customer service everywhere. Everyone is expected to go online.
