I went to purchase some shoes, and their transaction machine took my money out of my account but did not give me a receipt. I show them the purchase on my account and I still did not get the shoes. The back said the transaction was made and I should have gotten the item. So I have money taken and no shoes. Now I have to wait for the processing to dispute the charge which takes 5 days. Thanks Dick5 for scamming customers.

I recently stopped by right before closing and no one was available to sell ammo. An employee named Melissa helped me out by putting some ammo on hold for me. I went back the following morning and was assisted by Jon, he was able to process my transaction quickly. I also opted to pick up another Kershaw folding knife that was on sale. This location is down the street from Disneyland and the service is excellent!

They have on sale items once in a while that we need to wait for the right time. Some items, however, are more expensive than Target and Walmart.

Anaheim Big 5 Sporting Goods Store is my new favorite go to store. Bigger than most, clean and most items in stock. The friendliest & most helpful above and beyond workers. Kudos to the store manager & team leaders. My daughter was able to find her shoe size & color. Love that they have security too, close to Disneyland as well and a lot of eating places.

Very helpful and friendly employees. Tried to find last minute knee pads and found them here.

Came in for kids soccer gear. I was able to get good service that helped pick out cleats, shin guards and football gloves. Service was accommodating.

Lost my old straw hat, looking for a new one. Went online and they had some in stock. While some of the hats fit they all had holes in the crown. I needed a had without holes or spaces for the sun as I have a skin condition. I may have to get one there if I can't find one, staff I'd friendly.

My family and I went to Big 5 sporting Goods. It was my first time shopping here. We went in because we received the coupons for the shoe discounts. I was extremely happy we walked out with six pairs of shoes for less than $100! What a deal big 5! The reason why I am also giving this review a five star is because of Angelica the cashier. She was very friendly, she asked me and my family if we needed help and explained to me how the coupons worked. Once we checked out she was there again. She was extremely patient with us and she took care of us amazingly. Thank you Angelica for your phenomenal customer service.

Staff are always professional and helpful. Been going to this location since they demolished the one by the 405 for freeway expansion.

Had a back pack I did not use and had a easy no problem refund. Still had tags attached. Had been over two months. She said they had no time limit. Hard to believe but true for me. Bought some size 14 wide hiking boots that I did not know anyone stocked. Good prices too and my previous experience with their boots has been durable when used roughly over time.

Good local Sporting Goods store. Quality merchandise available. But maybe not the Selecton and quantity of a bigger store.
