Big 5 Sporting Goods reviews
9Very friendly staff, nice sized store. Did not have much size and selection on the sale merchandise we were there for, (Long sleeve t-shirts). One member of staff showed us where the merchandise was and the checkout person was very friendly as well.
OMG. I have never been to this Big 5 in Hemet, I loved it. I found boots that I fell in Love with, next time they are mine
Best place to go for sports wear. The guys working there were very helpful. They hooked me up. They all deserve raises. Awesome.
I like this store it's fairly well stocked but a little pricey just like everything else in bidens economy
I just wanted to say that yesterday Jeff gave us the best service, i had a great experience thank you!
Really like this big 5 in town. Everyone's helpful and in a decent mood.
The only reason it doesn't get five stars is there is no one employee that gets trained well on license sales and gun talk.
Most of the time I end up having to walk the salesperson through the process and the differences between licenses when I'm buying them. It's not a huge gripe, and completely understandable since I doubt it contributes a whole lot to their sales.
All in all, a solid sporting goods shop that saves the trip out to bass pro or indio.
I went for work shoes but they had a large selection of shoes for youth age school kids. Way cheaper than any shoe store.
As far as the products they sell is lacking in quality. Just about everything I’ve bought from here hasn’t lasted long from the time I buy something. Like shoes jackets water thermos electronics and on and I mean like going to a casino and rolling the dice as to weather your to get something good or not. But everyone that works there is hella nice and helpful.
No one offered to help and had to track down someone to help me because the cashier can't call anyone and the $65 backpack I bought broke the 1st day my high school kid put her books in it. Not happy
