Isaac was a huge help! We came in to find a clear rain poncho, and he was able to help us in no time! Such a great person. We enjoyed his positive attitude.

It’s Thursday, April 14 2022. It was approximately 11: 33 when I left the store. I was ignored from the second I walked in to moment I walked out. When I walked in There was young lady fixing apperal never acknowledge me, saw me, but never said hello, welcome, do you need help, I turn to her she looking at me like Im gonna still something. Thene some other big guy with a long beard walk by me couple of times olmost bump in to me but did not say excuse me, are finding everything ok, nothing.so afeter 12 to 15 minutes I thought to myself they do not deserve my business. I do not recommend this store to anyone at least not in this location.

Love picking up a great sale. I had lost my shoes at the beach. So stopped here to pick up some sketchers! I

I’ve been to some Big 5’s we’re usually staff has no idea of the products they’re selling or are rude to the customers. This is not the case, Megan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Very recommended. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Had everything I wanted but the prices are higher than other places where you can purchase the same items. Nice people and clean store. I also liked that they didn't force me to wear a mask. I have breathing problems and the masks don't help me nor do masks keep you safe from viruses. You folks are insane forcing your children to wear these useless masks that are littering the ground everywhere I look.

They had what I wanted when I couldn't find it anywhere else until I stopped by the store late one night. Nice employees.

Was a little tough getting help.they are short staffed.but the worker's are nice.my wife did find a pair of shoes for the price we wanted to pay.no complaints.
