Christmas slippers wow so pricey, go them plus beany flannel. Don't you think a shopping bag should have received upon purchase I do.

Cash register lady needs a major attitude adjustment. Other than that was a great visit got wat I went in for nothing more tho thanks to the rude lady behind the register.

Good selection, fair prices on mid range quality merchandise. This was my first time in the Los Banos store, it's much bigger than I expected. Very nice, very helpful staff.

Very helpful! Very nice!:) I called from Sacramento to see if someone would help gather some football gear items and give me a price of how much it would all be.
The cashier really helped me out over the phone, she went to retrieve the 5 items & gave me a total & placed the items on hold for my son to go buy in store.
I was able to send my son the right amount of money so he can go buy the items just in time for his first High school game.

Went in there today July 17th 2022 all the associates seem to be wanting to stand around and talk to each other versus actually helping a customer I waited at the knife case for 15 minutes while one associate walk by repeatedly never once offered to help has really gone downhill

I like it the fishing stuff is good price
And hook is way cheaper than other stores love it

Store has horrible customer service. People with hardly any knowledge of anything.
Plus you'll be followed around as if you're a criminal

The employees were standing around talking as I was waiting for service I had to go up to them and ask them for help as they seen me waiting with another customer

Came in around their opening time, to ask if they carried a product that I was looking for. Older lady at the registers was dismissive and rude towards my question. Did not reply when I told her to have a good day.

Just like any other Big 5, but that experience they went above and beyond. Very friendly, professional, and helpful!

It's a great store with lots of fun and useful stuff! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We got great deals on our purchase

This place has a wide range of basic sports gear and it is my families go to place when ever we need spording goods. I love the apparel and work out clothes I just dont under stand why a bisic work out shirt is so expensive it seems crazy to me to pay 25-30 for a shirt to workout in. Also there sales are like for 2 or 3 days and they end up being out of the item that is on sale I hate that its like common people if your having a clearance stock up!

Great clearance on name brand shoes and a wide selection of sizes available. Love the customer service as well staff is attentive and very helpful. I shop there for all our athletic shoes.

Not a good experience I had to find what I was looking for with out assistance because the associates were to acuppied in conversation with each other

Went in and renewed my hunting license and deer tags. Was very fast and very friendly. Everyone who I walked by asked if they could help. Like this store.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The BB gun section was really thin, not too many option but I can understand that due to Covid. The manager was kind of short with customers, I got the hint that she was kinda over worked.

Other than that, it was a really nice experience, a great way to get out of the Los Banos heat of a few hours.
