I have to say went there yesterday my husband bought a couple pair of shoes I wish I would have got his name, a young Hispanic man My husband probably tried on 10 pairs of shoes. He was so patient he was excellent. Great, customer. Then we went to the other side and purchase a couple of knives. The salesperson was so friendly and kind And she rang up our purchases and offered me to get the emails so I would definitely go back.

One of the worst experiences in customer service by far! All of the employees just stand around the cash register. I had to Interrupt their conversation so one of them could help me in the shoe department. As we were getting ringed up, my husband asked one of the employees. If the 10% discount was still going on, the employee ignored him. Jonathan, the store manager was too busy on the phone to answer our questions as well.when I asked for the number to customer service he provided me with a Spanish speaking brochure. Then he gave me an attitude for asking. When I asked what's your name he just pointed to his name tag.

Jerry in the shoe department was very helpful and friendly. He helped me find exactly what I needed.

Employees are so nice and so helpful they help me to find everything so fast and friendly great place to shop

It's a pretty nice place that's well stocked the people there are very nice and helpful. It's a very clean place. They also have deals on sale every week.

I really like to do my shopping a Big 5 they have so many different kinds of things there and pretty good prices on the sale day so really good

I give it one star because they didn't even give me a bag when I bought some work boots.

Excellent attitude very helpful and determined to help me with my exchange without a receipt for a pair of boots that were gifted to me, and went above and beyond by helping find a pair of work boots. I must have tried on every all black boot, hiking boot, and shoes they had until we found a pair that fit right. I felt so bad that Skilynn had to keep going to the back room to bring me out pair after pair. But she did it all with a smile and a willingness to help. I really appreciate her for all the help and the shoes that we found are perfect. Thank you Skilynn.
