8Store is fine.the lady employees my son's and I encountered made it very clear she either hated her job or was in a bad mood and we came at the wrong time.
Friendly, polite staff, and very helpful. Because they went that little bit extra ti check the back, and brought out 3 options, I was able to find exactly what I needed.
Went in looking for a pair of Lebron's but unfortunately they don't have them, Juliana helped a ton though, great service!
Who doesn't love big 5! Always great customer service. Every one dressed nice. Always helpful. Management are always on your side, and willing to.make things happen. Thank you Elsinore BIG 5. I never have to second guess myself to go inside.

Just like any other big 5. You can't freely access the soccer cleats anymore so make sure you know your size!
Every time I come here I have a great experience. Friendly, awesome, knowledgeable staff that help me find things I need, and recommend products I didn’t even know I would need but was well worth the buy. Today I was helped by Natalie and she went above and beyond. As an avid adventurer, I am so grateful to have this store close to home. Will be back time and time again.
